Today some child wearing giant headphones made my sandwich and it was horrible. Everyone else there makes them great and carefully, and he's had lots of time to learn. The next time I see him working I'll just walk back out the door like I did last time and you can lose my business again and again. At one point it was nothing but a mouthful of picked turnip, when I counted the turnip ends to see how many I'd just bit into in one bite it was 8. Who on earth wants 8 pickles in their mouth at once?? I don't know if he's stoned or if those headphones are on too tight but there's something wrong with him. Has this guy even ate a shawarma before? If the giant, childish headphones didn't tell you he wasn't serious about his job the sandwich sure will. Careless, terrible service. A real shame too because everyone else there seems pretty great

Good food and service.Update.The last time I tried it I thought the chicken tasted like tuna.I figured I was imagining it.I tried it again today and again the chicken tasted like tuna, it even flaked like tuna.I could not finish my sandwich.From the best to the worst, what a shame

I don't think you can get any worst of a shawarma than this place! Everything was horrible about it! From the chicken being cold to multiple holes in the pita bread! Very sloppy and lack of quality. Would never recommend.

Literally gross.. I got a large mix and it just literally fell apart extremely salty worst tasting meat I've ever had couldn't even finish it had to throw it out 20 bucks... like they say it just takes one bad experience for you to never go back there again. Those pictures they post is definitely not that

I think we’re spoiled in Gatineau with the Palais Libanais. Only good shawarma family in Gatineau area if you ask me.This place’s chicken was dry and very crumby! We took 2 chicken plates and a shawarma, was 60$. The rice & potatoes don’t taste like much and the turnips tasted gross. Sorry not sorry, not going back. Don’t recommend.

This is the best food I've ever had the privilege to taste. I've traveled from Arizona to Michigan, Georgia to Quebec. When I crave Mediterranean, no matter where I am, this place is what I want. Love the town, but I love the Shwarma Santè more.

Incredible mixed platter with the best quality meat I’ve tried. The hummus is also great and everything prepared fresh. The best part was the customer service and kind owners. I highly encourage everyone to support this small business. We will be regulars!

I made an order today because I had a concussion a couple of days ago and can’t cook right now. The food was really refreshing and the salad was fresh with lots of different vegetables. Lots of hummus and garlic sauce and the chicken was really moist and nicely seasoned! I have been coming here for over ten years on and off and the lady who runs it is a true sweetheart. Thanking them for their help today.

Good tasty chicken shawarma wrap (3.7/5) with incredibly good hummus and very friendly service that is located not too far off the bike path! The chicken could have been a bit more flavorful and less dry.The baklava (2.5/5) was a little soggy, not super fresh.
