they dont know how to read orders, youask for white gravy, you get brown, or you get shitty fries, or you ask for a drink and they just completely ignore you. So disappointing

Service is not good waited 40 minutes for a hamberger stak and it was dry and poutine was cold. It us to be the best in région
the only problem I have is the employees talking all the time in a rush about every thing and anything but the orders and that slows the service to a crawl while they are talking nothing gets done and when the convo is over they have to figure out what they wher doing...but the food is awesome!!!

Some of THE BEST poutine in all of outaouais!! Only found one place that's better, but it's far away in gatineau.. Snack Shack poutine is the second best poutine EVER!! The owners are lovely, burgers & sandwiches are delicious, big beef hotdogs are the best, even the quesadilla they have is so yummy!!! Hands down the best place to get food, I will always love Snack Shack! Every time I'm craving poutine, I go/send my man to Snack Shack! My children frequently request Snack Shack poutine when we want to indulge in something tasty, and even my unborn baby is in LOVE with the poutines!😋 I've been eating there since I was a kid, so it's nostalgic, and it's become a tradition now in my family to go to Snack Shack to get poutines & slush puppies when we want to treat ourselves!!

Came home from Ontario to find a fruit like jam substance in my poutine... When I called the resturant back the woman taking orders over the phone spoke no English and the man she passed me to said it's part of the gravy as they don't sell fruit jam there...
I cannot find the words to describe how disgusted I am! However I don't recommend eating at this location, potatoe loulou would be a better poutine option.

If you are looking for that greasy spoon place with generous portions and good pricing, this is the place. We were not disappointed and excited to try more of the menue.
The poutine does have different gravies and I have not tired them all yet. The original is a great poutine with great flavor.
