Drinks are made well. Complete disconnect in service. Likely not enough employees for rush times. They are working hard, but wait times are astronomical. Staff are all friendly.

I’ve been going to that location for years, but today was an awful experience. Apparently they hired some new manager and she came to harass me when I was waiting on my order. Told me the seats were for customers. I informed her I was. I had to eat because I was feeling sick, so I only took a donut to eat while I wait so I don’t pass out. What a terrible person. Then she ran to grab my drink before I could get it myself. I just left. Yikes! How scary that managers harass customers there.

Worst service of any Starbucks I've been to. Ordered on the app for pickup. Waited 15 minutes after the given time and my sandwich wasn't there yet. Tried getting someone's attention a couple times but was ignored. Finally someone stopped and said they were just putting it in the oven. 2 minutes later was told they dont have that one anymore. I didn't have anymore time to wait, had been 20 minutes by now. They gave me a refund but no one apologized. At no point was I told that the sandwich I ordered wasn't available. I would have chosen something else earlier while I still had time. Did they expect me to give up waiting and walk away and they pocket the money?
