I went to that store. The employees there are irritated. Not only they do not smile, but worse — they are verbally aggressive. You talk to them and they ignore you. You can keep your coffee to yourselves.

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to MANY! The wait time being over 45 mins even though you pre order on the app!! Once you park in the parking lot to get your order you have to be smart or else you’ll be blocked in by the drive thru line that blocks your car in. Whoever designed this needs to go to jail.

I don’t usually go to Starbucks for my coffee treat but once in a while I end up there. It definitely never disappoints though this location I found was quite noisy but it happened to be during lunchtime and it was invaded by nearby school students lol. Maybe I shouldn’t go then. Otherwise no issues. My coffee was great. 😎👍

Only one girl with the glasses(I think she is the manager) is properly working and I feel so bad for her because the other employees are so slow it feels like they’re doing a contest to hire the slowest people to ever exist like seriously they’re moving in slow motion. Do not go here if you have a limited lunch break or you’re in a rush. The 3rd time in a span of 3 months that we wait 45 minutes for a drink and pastry

Never coming to this Starbucks again. First off, I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to place my order, it took so long infact, that I assumed the microphone was broken. I then proceeded to the window to place my order only to find out the microphone wasn't broken, they were just that slow. Second, I then placed my order from the window, the same order I have been placing for YEARS at every and any Starbucks, without issue, Venti Strawberry & Creme frap in a Trenta cup (the same price as a Venti cup fyi) with extra whip, a double shot of blonde espresso and coconut milk. The reason for the trenta cup is due to the fact that it is not physically possible to put extra whip and 2 shots of espresso in a venti cup without it a) it either overflowing, or b) me getting ripped off on what is already a $10+ drink. It's simple math and something I have done literally hundreds of times at locations across Canada and yet, not even the gm of this location would accommodate this simple request.. This place is slow, extremely unprofessional and the customer service is utter crap.

Thought I’d take a break from this location till they figured it out cuz they became soooo slow with the new staff. One month later. I’m back. Currently sitting in the drive through for 14 minutes when there was only two cars ahead of me. They’re still there.. It’s been even worse before and I have no idea other than they’re either not training properly or not caring who they hire anymore. I’ve even waited 10+ minutes for a drink when there’s been absolutely nobody in line. And yes, I’ve gone inside to order and it’s not any better. Starbucks used to be great, but some locations are going downhill fast. I went to my regular morning Starbucks yesterday and a girl was standing behind the counter near the cash on an iPad. Nobody in line. I’m standing there like a fool and have to say “hello” to get her attention. She looks up at me, doesn’t even smile or say hello and just looked back down at her iPad. Like even if she wasn’t “on cash” Starbucks employees are at least supposed to pretend to be friendly or welcoming. Just very odd. She may have been new, but you’d think she’d be trying to put her best foot forward. Anyways, almost $7 to be inconvenienced is kinda getting annoying. Please look at who you’re hiring and the performance because that USED to be what set Starbucks apart. Thanks!

Recently needed to change my review because no matter if you order online prior to pick up , chooosw drive thru your stuck waiting 20 plus minutes for your coffee 90% the time. The workers have no motivation everyone is just standing around.
Then the wrong drink was made or was made iced not hot and I told the girl and she said “ oh well are you ok with it.” Like no
 that’s why I’m telling you, that’s why I ordered hot.
Needs motivated staff and more friendly staff.

Have been here a few times now and can’t complain of the service I’ve received but wasn’t until I came across (I’m so sorry if I have the name wrong!) Noellle? Mia? I’m so sorry! She has reddish/purp’e hair in a bun! This review is solely dedicated to her! She has amazing customer service, she thinks of the little things to ensure customers satisfaction, and shows care toward customers. She was extremely friendly, and fun energy from the moment I pulled into the drive thru! She gives a great look for Starbucks!

Why do your staff always make it obvious to me every time I come in that I am here to pick up uber when am coming in to buy coffee or just work. Like what is up with the profiling, I understand black guys in the area are all doing Uber and it’s common to see all of us that way. But can’t you just wait for me to tell you what am here for before you size me up and then make me feel out of place. I am not accusing any one of being racist, you are not (even if you were, I wouldn’t not care)! But have common courtesy to everyone and first listen to the customer. I walk in with a laptop bag and you think am delivering Uber. Seriously! You don’t even show any sort of respect after and talk down to me condescendingly.

I ordered a Frappuccino waited 15 minutes at the window. I told the front person the service is extremely slow. She gave me attitude and said we’re only two today and kept on giving me a dirty look. Finally, I left without my drink that I paid for because of the attitude and the poor service.

Worse Starbucks with rude and ignorant employees . Our orders messsed up and people after us being served even though they weren’t just having coffee. When I brought this up to one of the employees attention she called me rude. There is nothing rude about saying ‘people after me served before me even though they aren’t just having coffee’ . If you can’t handle constructive critics like that , quit that job 

It took 25 min to get a drink ! It is my right to say something if you serve same drink to people who ordered after me .
