Just made a mobile order and picked up at the drive through. I was told next time to place the order 10 mins ahead to give them time to make it…. Please tell me what the difference is if I were to order the same thing from the speaker. You have to make it on the spot then too no?

Terrible service, drinks are never right everytime we go here. Regular coffee seems to be a rubics cube for them to make. Been here many times and never a solid experience.

I’m gonna start by saying, I waited 45m for two drinks, Ive worked at Starbucks for 3 1/2 years and have been ordering Starbucks for 10 years. Never, have I ever, seen a Starbucks so packed, so unorganized, and with such long waits in my life. I understand that Aylmer only has one starbs, I can’t imagine the amount of customers this location gets on a Saturday. Starbucks should clearly invest in another aylmer location.

What I was the most disappointed about was what the staff COULD controle, that they didn’t. First I want to state, I’m pregnant, and had two 11 month old waiting in the vehicle with my mother while I waited for these drinks.

While I worked at Starbucks, at the busiest location in my city our wait times never surpassed 20m. This is because
1. We let drive thru bar help the cafe bar with their orders whether drive thru was full or not. Our cafe customers have the same rights for speed of orders as drive thru does.
2. We let our partners help us with the cold or iced drinks when we were overwhelmed with hot ones.
3. We skipped mobile orders if the customer was not present to fulfill a cafe order of a customer that was present and had been waiting a long time.
4. We called out the names of the customers drinks we were serving AND making.
5. We reassured customers that their drinks were coming
6. We WARNED customers ORDERING that their wait times were going to be very long ang apologized and explained why.

Believe it or not, NONE of these things were done!
I watched the cafe bar closely for FORTY MINUTES and was mind boggled at the lack of customer ethics and kindness and lack of willingness to accept help.

I ended up leaving with no drinks, 40m wasted of my life and my money back.

30 min and more to get your drink if you go inside.. dont go inside use the drive through! Took them half the tine to get their drinks. Never again.

I am currently standing in line awaiting an order of 1 mocha and 1 latte that we placed 25 minutes ago. I am watching drinks just coming out now that were ordered 40 minutes ago.

I'd love to tell you that this is an exception or a rush hour, but it is 1pm on a Saturday, and I've tried this Sx several times over the past few months hoping we wouldn't be robbed for time.

I can't tell if it is a lack of staff on hand, am overload in mobile orders, or a failure to prioritize drink making. Either way, this is not a sustainable model and doesn't speak well the the brand.

Very disappointing experience. The service is terrible, and the employees completely lack courtesy, not even a hello upon arrival. No attention to the customer, we have the impression of disturbing.

Inconsistent. You never know what to expect.
From slow drive thru, to the drive-thru being closed, front doors being locked, 2 inches short in your latte... If there was another Starbucks in town I would not be coming to this one.
These are mostly issues that the management should be addressing, as for the staff they are all great!
