when they’re busy, the wait time is never too long, and I always leave with exactly what I ordered. The staff are kind and friendly—I can see that most of them are younger and doing their best, and I really appreciate their effort. I’ve never had an issue with my drinks or service here, and I’m always satisfied. Thank you for making my visits enjoyable every time! 🤩🤩

Extremely disappointed of the service here from the barista named Emma, she was rude and incompetent. I had done a drive through pickup from the app, however, when getting there, it was fully packed and there were cars lined up beyond the drive through area — I figured I’d go inside to pick it up as my order had been made, once going in, I asked her if it was possible to retrieve my order at the front instead of drive through, which I usually do, whenever there are too many cars. She ignored me several times until I repeatedly asked, and she had that annoyed and disturbed look and told me she doesn’t make the food and she has drinks to tend to so she won’t be checking / getting it for it, and then she proceeded to make her drink, as I stood there and waited and waited. Then I asked the cashier and she gladly helped me and apologized for the situation, I didn’t get her name but she was fast and efficient. That same barista had also messed up my order and put in many shots of espresso when I specified one.

Attitude of one of the workers very rude and disrespectful. We ordered our usual order and there was a mistake so we kindly asked to add what was missing and he said nothing was missing and we had no idea what we were saying, saying "it's my job not yours I know what to do"... and asking me to shut up when I tried to communicate the error with him. I don't understand how you can talk to customers like this.

The worst Starbucks in Gatineau this was my party and I don't use the app often when I get to the checkout I get a non-chalant vrm attitude Como if they didn't take me seriously after re-downloading the app I being told by another cashier that I can't get my free coffee SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY COFFEE!!!!! AND IT’S MY PARTY! Then while waiting for my coffee which I have to pay for btw!!!!! The manager or person in charge gives a lady a coffee for FREE IN FRONT OF MY FACE!!!! So you are going to give a free coffee because it was your mistake my blame that I didn't know that I had to wait 3 months for my Starbucks app to be able to have my free party coffee keep it's correct I hope the person in charge in the morning is happy who had an extra $7.89 in his morning btw I will continue to go to the one at the Gappe station at least there we feel better respected especially in the lgbtq kitty girl aspect ?

Over all the usual with Starbucks as it is my birthday and I don’t usually use the app often the cashier told me I needed the app I spent 10 mins getting my app back got to the cash and was told I could not redeem my free coffee on my birthday! Then I PAID FOR MY DRINK!!! And they made a mistake and gave a coffee for free to the costumer in front of my face SO YOU CAN GIVE A FREE COFFEE TO HER BUT NOT TO ME I SHOWED MY ID BUT NOOOOOO NO FREE DRINK FOR NICK BUT FOR AN OLD LADY SUREEEEE if I can say this nicely have an awful day!

Very long waiting time! It took 30 min to get 4 cake pops and 1 croissant! No drinks were in the order. Crazy. I am very disappointed in this location.

I was visting from Toronto and had ordered for a coffee and after 15 mins of waiting when I asked the status they just kept on saying there is a queue. However, people who came in after me and ordered after me received their orders during the time I waited. I was told their queue included ‘mobile’ orders and this was not the experience that I had in any of the starbucks i have visited previously. Had to leave without my morning coffee after requesting them to cancel my order.
