This Starbucks absolutely deserves a full five-star rating, and it’s all because of the incredible service from Taha. From the moment we walked in, he was exceptionally kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming, especially with our young kids, who were taking their time deciding what they wanted.
Taha went above and beyond to explain options, make thoughtful suggestions, and ensure the kids felt included and comfortable throughout the process. His calm, friendly attitude turned what could’ve been a rushed or stressful moment into a really positive experience for our whole family.
Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. If every Starbucks had a Taha, the bar would be set incredibly high. Five stars without hesitation.

This is one of the weirder Starbucks, I always get a bad vibe here. I am glad to see others have noticed it as well, I suppose. The staff is very unfriendly and look like they think you are beneath them. Often the drinks are not full. The parking is really terrible. It is never that busy, but the wait is long. It also has a mixed clientele... on more than one occasion, customers have stared listlessly as if they are high or lost. I just do not enjoy coming here but it is on the way sometimes. Thank goodness there are other locations. Hull and Montée Paiement = way better.

Ordered online and this is how it arrived. As well I ordered a charcuterie box and instead I got a chocolate cake pop.
when they’re busy, the wait time is never too long, and I always leave with exactly what I ordered. The staff are kind and friendly—I can see that most of them are younger and doing their best, and I really appreciate their effort. I’ve never had an issue with my drinks or service here, and I’m always satisfied. Thank you for making my visits enjoyable every time! 🤩🤩

Extremely disappointed of the service here from the barista named Emma, she was rude and incompetent. I had done a drive through pickup from the app, however, when getting there, it was fully packed and there were cars lined up beyond the drive through area — I figured I’d go inside to pick it up as my order had been made, once going in, I asked her if it was possible to retrieve my order at the front instead of drive through, which I usually do, whenever there are too many cars. She ignored me several times until I repeatedly asked, and she had that annoyed and disturbed look and told me she doesn’t make the food and she has drinks to tend to so she won’t be checking / getting it for it, and then she proceeded to make her drink, as I stood there and waited and waited. Then I asked the cashier and she gladly helped me and apologized for the situation, I didn’t get her name but she was fast and efficient. That same barista had also messed up my order and put in many shots of espresso when I specified one.
