Fantastic experience dining this evening at Sterling. Delicious meal, we both had the table hote, 4 course dinner. Our server, Shawn-Michael was terrific, professional and made us feel very welcome. We will be back!
So disappointed with this place. We have been coming here, on and off, for special occasions for 20 plus years. The bill was well over 1k for 9 people which is not insane. But we were here for my birthday and anniversary. We expected something great. Food was actually cold. Not even warm. And yes, the server Stéphane made up for it. He was great and way too busy. So the blame falls on the owners and the chef. You should be ashamed with tonight's outcome.
The staff are the most professional and yet friendly staff that you can hope to be served by. They're attentive to the point of clearing the appropriate silverware when that course has been served. Your water glass is always topped up, the bread basket will be topped up as well when required.
