The six of us really enjoyed our time at Sterling . Standouts included our main server , Ariane along with her serving / busing Colleagues...All very personal and very attuned to our table's needs...My steak was very good , ( just a little tougher around the outside :)) and our Guests were also very pleased with their meals...( Tout le monde a apporté ce qu'ils ne pouvaient pas manger , chez eux !! ) Félicitations , Marc Q. My steak was somewhat mediocre. Their thing is that it's a wood-fired grill, and I get that means there will be some smokey taste. But virtually all I could taste was the smoke. I couldn't really taste the meat, which is very disappointing for a medium rare $74 sirloin.
