They're stingy with their condiments ( 5 black olives slice on a 12 inch. Seriously? ) and despite being the only customer in store, the clerk managed to take 5 minutes to start serving me and another 5 to make a very simple sandwich.
I'm done with Subway overall.

I went today to order a sub. The staff were busy making a bunch of sandwiches even though I was the only one in the store. They ignored me for almost 10mins. When I said âexcuse meâ they said, âyeah weâre out of everything.â So I left. I get that at noon on a Saturday there may be a lot of online orders but damn, the disrespect was next level.

The food was good but the customer service was terrible. The older woman who made my food was very pushy and when I didnât say what I wanted immediately she got annoyed. And when i asked for aioli she said ok mayo which was prepared rude in my opinion. So overall the food was good but the customer service was terrible.
Just bought my last meal from this place... I purchased a jerk chicken salad bowl, the lady who served me was an older lady who I have seen there before as I have eaten there in the past. I asked for jerk sauce, she picks up the bottle gives it a squeeze, it's empty, she shakes her head and slowly walks over to the other counter to get another bottle, at this point I am at the cashier paying, she walks over and hands me my salad with the lid on, I finishy transaction, leave, drive 10 mins back to work and sit down in the lunch room to open up my salad and find absolutely no sauce in the salad, completely dry. What a disappointment. 14 dollars for a bowl of dry lettuce! If I wasn't strapped for time I would driven back and asked for my money back, instead I'll leave this complaint and avoid this place, everytime I've eaten there it's been something frustrating, I'm done giving this place chances. Do yourself a favor avoid this location, the people are rude, they skimp on the portions, and clearly sneaky and don't care about customers.

Why would someone pay $25-30 for a combo at Subway?!?! The new prices are completely insane, and they dropped the meatball sub which was the last decent value. If I'm going to spend that kind of money, might as well go to a decent sit down restaurant. Bye bye Subway after all these years!!
