Not a good night unfortunately, dry subs with missing sauce. Wrong cheese on the wrong subs causing a spicy sub for a child..... It's gotten worse here somehow and that's pretty embarrassing....

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location and was repetitive just with the evening staff. The staff member is pushy, sluggish, and came across as quite disrespectful. He rushes me through my order even if there was no one on the line and made the whole process uncomfortable.

I was there 4:25 pm August 25, 2025. The service was so rude and shitty all over me asking to change bread type. The guy working the entire store by himself was super rude. Seems like he hates his life.

Got an online order from this vanier location. We expected fresh and i have to say the bread was more than dry. This is not acceptable especially that we dont live close. Dry enough that the top was crumbling as you can see in the pictures. Check your order before leaving. Services also get 1 start for selling us this garbage.

This review is centred towards Sonia, the manager.
First of all, their QR code doesn’t work.
Secondly, I have been a regular at this specific location for 3 years, always tip, i talk to the staff. Today however, was the first time i had an encounter with the manager Sonia, and let me tell you i was extremely unimpressed. Starting to make comments towards me calling me a dishonest person and telling her i have gotten away with not paying for things or paying for less than i owed is a trashy accusation about my character which truly hurt, as i genuinely do the opposite. I hope she can get better customer service training because her attitude and demeanour to me trying to have a conversation about the baseless accusations she put on me were pathetic. She then tried to ‘apologize’ but with how insanely insincere it was, i have a hard time believing she should have the role she has in this establishment.

I hate bringing negativity, and always at least want to find some positivity. Her staff is at least always warm and kind, and i’ve had nice conversations with them in the past. I just seriously can’t believe Sonia the manager’s issues. Food’s also great, i really just have an issue with being accused of negative things like that especially when the claims are false.

The quality of the food in general at all subways has gone downhill. I wouldn't say it's the location or the service.
The quality was sacrificed to lower costs and it shows.

I couldn't finish my sub today. I keep giving subway another chance but I'm always disappointed.

I’ve had some good and bad experiences here but honestly, everytime I walk in the door and see that Felix is working, I know that it’s gonna be a good sandwich and even better customer service.
He’s been serving us for over a year now and he always does an amazing job. Thank you so much Felix!

Just ordered two sandwiches. Staff was kind, however, food was inedible. The bread was beyond stale, we were only able to pick out the meat and vegetables. Very disappointed
