I am so disappointed with my experience at this subway location. I order thru the subway app for a delivery. That delivery never made it to my house so I called back the store that then told me they would have a manager contact me. A few days pass with no news of the manager so I decide to call back and check on the situation. The manager then tells me to reach out to DoorDash to fix the situation. I never used door dash for my delivery so I feel they should be the ones solving my issue. So spent days calling for them to tell me to figure it out on my own. Manager got impatient and raised her voice on the phone when I tried explaining what happened. Not even an apology from the manager. Really disappointed by the lack of professionalism I’ve experienced.

Really unpleasant manager/supervisor.Employees talked behind another employee’s back while judging their body odor… in front of customers, while making sandwiches ?The manager assembles your sandwich with an intense attitude, carrying her work tools behind her.Dirty on the floor, around the dining tables (full of food and waste) every time I have been there.Avoid at all costs.

The girl who served us, very stupid. My son asks a question and she answers him like he's an idiot. In addition to having an earphone and listening to this music while serving us, no respect.Usually I always leave tips, nothing, because I didn't appreciate his service.

Took extremely long this place had 1 staff on site and because of that took a very long time 30 min to get served and forgot bacon on my sandwich... terrible. Please hire more staff considering your charging almost 20$ for a sandwich I'm sure you can afford to have more then 1 staff

Absolutely horrible experience!The new 13 year old kid put 4 slices of peperoni in my 12" sub pizza!! 60 cents of meat in a sandwich that cost me $17, you thievesBoycotted this subway took everything!You are better off at the Burrito bar next door or the sushi shop next to the subway in question
