We’ve been to this Subway location a couple of times now, and honestly, we keep coming back mainly because of one amazing employee — Stephanie. From the very first visit, she left such a positive impression on us with her kindness, warmth, and incredible customer service. She’s always so friendly, welcoming, and just genuinely nice to talk to. It’s rare these days to come across someone who truly seems to enjoy their job and takes the time to make each customer feel valued — but Stephanie does exactly that, every single time.
It might sound funny to some, but we actually choose to come to this specific Subway location because of her. There are other Subways closer to where we live, but none that offer the same level of service and positive energy that Stephanie brings. She makes something as simple as grabbing a sub feel like a personalized and pleasant experience.
You can tell she puts care and effort into what she does — from how she prepares the food to how she interacts with every customer. It’s people like her who make all the difference in a business, and we just wanted to take a moment to say how much we appreciate her. She deserves recognition for the amazing job she does. Worse subway I have been at. Their trays for potatoes are dirty leaving residue. When asked for a new order the same thing occured. When asked to get refunded for their dirty potatoes they refused stating they needed to text their manager who was not in-store. They were 3 employees on staff but all the tables were all filthy and no one was cleaning because they were too busy eating in the back and playing on their phones. Filthy store and absolutely disgusting. Attitude from the employees were also unacceptable, giggling and laughing at the situation. I will not step foot in there ever again. One word: Ewwwwwww

An employee was sleeping at a table! All the tables were dirty and no customers inside the restaurant I had to ask to clean a table for me and the employee never cleaned the other tables... the employees were having fun with each other from the back of the restaurant and the customers were waiting to be served …I was there for 30 minutes and I never cleaned the dining room…

I come here almost every week. And EVERY time, I’m highly disappointed. They add ingredients that are borderline stale and the employees don’t know how to build a sandwich. They don’t close them and as soon as you take out the sandwich from the packaging everything falls out. I think over the years quality has just decreased.

This one is the cheaper in Hull-Plateau. ? I been there during the day and late at night. The personnel at night was nicer than during the day. Both were efficient at their work.

Who wants to spend $25+ on a combo at Subway?!?! Prices have gotten completely out of control for the lackluster quality food. Why not have a shawarma for less than half the price? Personally, I am completely done with Subway as of 2023.
