There are many errors in recent orders. Items forgotten in the subs order (mayo, cheese, vegetables, forgot to grill it) and the lettuce is not fresh. Too bad it wasn't like this before.

Ordered online, got 2 subs, one 2x meat and one with 2x cheese. They completely forgot the cheese, barely put any meat on both subs. Somehow put the wrong sauces on one of the subs then completely forgot sauce on the other one. Every single time I try to order subway from this location you guys purposely skip out on additions that I paid for.

I have complete confidence in this location, I have dietary allergies and the staff do not think twice when I ask them to change their gloves before touching my sandwich. If you do have restrictions I recommend this location as they never make you feel bad, and the girl( no name tag so cannot give kudos) did it with no question and my daughter watched her wash her hands before putting new gloves on and was just as pleasant as she was to the person before. In a Subway that is rare!!.. Thank you to the team for ensuring I can enjoy your product without worry.

There was no manager on site when I asked for a refund upon realizing that the employee continued to prepare my food while he was injured (one hand had a bloody gash on the knuckle). When I went to get the refund he was arguing with me through the other employees. I only went as I can’t cook at home right now and had a coupon from the mail. This sort of thing reminds me why I don’t ever go to franchises.

Ordered 3 sandwiches online. My husband got there as the sandwiches were being made. A young lady was making the sandwiches and an older lady pushed her out of the way to make the sandwiches. All 3 sandwiches were incorrect. I paid for extra cheese on my steak and cheese footlong and it had no cheese at all. My husband spoke to the lady as she was putting crispy onions on my sandwich as he know I am not a fan of onions. My husband said are you sure the order said onions…she said yes. Not so. Hubby got my bread, I got his bread. I will never order online again. Not sure if it was done on purpose as if you order online you get 1 footlong free…hmmm.

I went in and ordered 2 subs for the wife and I tonight for dinner. The guys working were really nice, however after getting home and eating, my wife, who only ate half of her sub, complained that her stomach did not feel good after eating it. Fast forward a few hours later… The WORST case of FOOD POISONING she’s ever had! Vomiting, diarrhea, really bad chills, etc. it’s now 3am and we’re still going strong… Rest assured I will be having a few words with the owner after I finally manage to get some sleep. I will NEVER go back to that location to eat again!
Why would someone pay $25-30 for a combo at Subway?!?! The new prices are completely insane, and they dropped the meatball sub which was the last decent value. If I'm going to spend that kind of money, might as well go to a decent sit down restaurant. Bye bye Subway after all these years!!

I went in and ordered 2 subs for the wife and I tonight for dinner. The guys working were really nice, however after getting home and eating, my wife, who only ate half of her sub, complained that her stomach did not feel good after eating it. Fast forward a few hours later… The WORST case of FOOD POISONING she’s ever had! Vomiting, diarrhea, really bad chills, etc. it’s now 3am and we’re still going strong… Rest assured I will be having a few words with the owner after I finally manage to get some sleep. I will NEVER go back to that location to eat again!

OK if you go there and watch the employees make the sandwich but if you order online, expect an ingredient or two to be missing and even the sauce... the last two orders, at least that's what happened the last two times I used the app.Small update since the initial review. A little over a year later I decided to give it another chance... Still received my order all wrong. I understand the labor shortage but there must be people who know how to read and execute orders. Incompetence at its best!
