Like several reviews before me, paid for extras when ordering online. Didn't get the extras, sub was made wrong and got ignored when I used subways online complaint process.
Keep your expectations low, and check you sub before you leave the store.

Absolutely disgusting experience I had today as a delivery Driver picking up from this subway. I got there and they had given away my order without checking the name to another driver. When I told them I need the order and to make it (talking respectfully) they proceeded to refuse to correct their mistake , telling me that they cant make my order because someone else took it which makes absolutely no sense at all. It's not because one order is messed up , that you correct it by not completing another order. This is not right at all , as I tried to explain to them calmly they proceeded to get very mad and yell at me . She told me she has to call the manager which makes no sense , penalizing me as a driver who wasted gas to get there and my customer who paid and is waiting for their food and refused to make it was not solving anything and its not what your supposed to do in this situation. I was talking telling them it makes no sense and the lady continued to scream at me even at what point telling me to shut up and sit down. They refused to acknowledge that all merchants are supposed to verify the order number and name before giving it to the delivery Driver, which they failed to do which makes them responsible for the error which they refused to correct . Instead they both made no sense and treated me disgustingly raising their voice and screaming just because I reminded the girl to check the name on the order when someone else came in, the older lady came running out yelling at me . I refused to stay there and take this abuse and incompetence of these two workers who weren't able to do their job properly therefore it was reflecting on me and wasting my money and time. I will never be back to this place again disgusting customer service and treatment of people that are just trying to do their job. I told them off at the end before walking out because I refuse to be yelled at and treated like a low life just because I was stating facts and telling them their procedure of not fulfilling a second order because of their mistake was wrong. Horrible , Uber paid me the order after even though I canceled because I refused to stay and be bullied by the two workers simply for telling them what they are doing is wrong. Which it was and uber confirmed it ! Stay away from this place if you want your order!.

Mobile ordered a turkey sub with veggies and sauce toasted. I picked the sub up, it wasn’t toasted at all cheese was cold on not melted, had all the veggies but was missing one of the two sauces completely and only had a tiny bit of the one sauce. They also gave us a Pepsi when I ordered a Dr Pepper. What’s the point in mobile ordering when it’s all wrong

This Subway location is pretty busy, but not to worry, the servers are fast and efficient, just tell them what you want on it and they'll load it up ! Yummy 😋 not to much seating thou, so get it to go, I do ! ....
When I walked in, I was behind a group of 8 young men and expected the wait to be quite long. To my surprise, it went extremely fast. The team of young men working the counter is very efficient, organized, courteous and make a perfect sub. I swore off Subway after horrible wait times in the Plateau... But Aylmer is certainly not the same. Good job guys!!
The online ordering service sucks at this location.. there's always a problem with my order. Today there are no meatballs in my meatballer sub. Last time, i was missing my drinks and side...
There are many errors in recent orders. Items forgotten in the subs order (mayo, cheese, vegetables, forgot to grill it) and the lettuce is not fresh. Too bad it wasn't like this before.

Im a regular at this location and all the staff are super chill until recently this middle aged woman started working here. At first i thought she was just having a bad day but soon i realized she grumpy every single day. Never going back there until shes gone

Ordered online, got 2 subs, one 2x meat and one with 2x cheese. They completely forgot the cheese, barely put any meat on both subs. Somehow put the wrong sauces on one of the subs then completely forgot sauce on the other one. Every single time I try to order subway from this location you guys purposely skip out on additions that I paid for.

Le service fut excellent! Cependant nous avons eu des maux de ventre après avoir manger les sous marins. Le breuvage avait un arrière gout douteux et anormal, je l'ai jeté. Plusieurs contamination croisé dans les ingrédients. Ils y avait une tranche de bacon dans la sauce tomates qui avait tombé, du fromage râpé dans le plats de viande Brisket...

I have complete confidence in this location, I have dietary allergies and the staff do not think twice when I ask them to change their gloves before touching my sandwich.
If you do have restrictions I recommend this location as they never make you feel bad, and the girl( no name tag so cannot give kudos) did it with no question and my daughter watched her wash her hands before putting new gloves on and was just as pleasant as she was to the person before. In a Subway that is rare!!..
