I put 3 stars because i am confused. I go to subway a lot. Enough to know the exact amount to pay for my sub since i always get the same. Today, the total was 17.93 when it has always been 16.09. I asked why it changed he said it hadn't. He charged me for pizza sauce then went on to explain badly the way that the sauce is included with a pizza sub but also not for whatever reason. Looking to understand why? Since ive been here before and they didnt charge me and I am basically a regular at the subway on la savane. Looking forward to an explanation

Supervisor was eating the ham at the counter while cutting it, licking her fingers and lips and proceeds to make the next order!! Absolutely shameless and disgusting! Asked for a bowl of rice to one of to her colleague, no way in hell she was making my order. She then proceeds to rudely tell me I need to order exactly as per what's on the menu as she instructs her colleague to not add the rotisserie chicken to the bowl of rice. Asked for extra bacon instead and got the exact same sarcastic response and I quote "I don't instruct my employees to add items outside of the menu." Must've done that a 100 times at other Subways without any issues. That's the whole point of pick and choose. Avoid this place like the plague.

This is the worst subway I’ve ever went to. Here’s what happened, so there was a customer in front of me and there was a worker in the front on their phone and the workers just ignored them and then they took the costume’s order then it was my turn and I asked them to toast it in the oven and it was finished and they put it on the oven and took the other costumes order and they just ignored my order and it look me 15 MINUTES to take my order and plus there was more workers in the back so I hate it so much and I’ve never experienced such a restaurant like this

I go there and ask for all cold meats , guy tells me can't put all of them because of the manager??????I always order this in many locations in gatineau and they got no issues with it since I'm paying extra.Such a ridiculous thing not being able to pick what you want in a SUBWAY.On top of having less meat , somehow I was charged more than other locationsIt's a shame to go there

The French lady that was working at subway on April 11th was very rude and kept making faces because she couldn’t speak English and couldn’t understand me. She was very rude to the point that my boyfriend and I had to walk away. I work in customer service and could never imagine a worker treating clients this way. I Will never go to this subway ever again just because of this girl.

My fiance went to try and grab a sandwich at the Subway (he is not Canadian, and does not speak French). The woman working there completely refused him service because he could not speak French, and was really quite nasty about it. The issue was not that she couldn't speak English. I understand this is in Quebec, but he has never had any issues elsewhere in Gatineau, and was really quite shaken up by the experience.
Very bad service no hello in addition to being stupid and chilling back while customers are waiting to be served does not apply while spanking the sandwiches I work at the promenade I go there regularly and it's always the same bad service to which I am entitled

I understand these teenagers don’t wanna be there. But they don’t need to be rude… most definitely not when people aren’t with them. When it came to my veggies I said “I’ll just have tomato, lettuce and cucumber please” and was answered with “Thats 3!” And rolled eyes. Really unsure what I did wrong here… but i smiled back the whole time and I felt that they really hated their job.
