Krystel served me this evening. I have to say it was the cleanest subway I have ever been to. It was spotless. You could tell she took pride in the rice bowl and sub that she was making. It was picture perfect...honestly the best looking bowl and sandwich I've ever seen made at Subway. Whoever the owner is, she deserves a raise! Her attention to detail, her customer service and work ethic (she was miticulously cleaning everything when there were no customers) is hard to come by these days.

There was one server named Brandon that yelled at kids to get out and and got mad at a girl for having a MacDonald's bag that was empty because its their competitor and i found that very rude and the way he was talking was just rude he was rude, would not recommend.

I came to get a sandwich at rush hour and there was only one employee serving several customers at once while the other employee was in the back, leaving the girl alone in front. I had 30 minutes for my break & I waited completely in line without having time to be served. The problem is not the poor employee who tries to do everything, but the employer who does not know how to structure the functions and schedules of your employees. Please take into consideration that you are a restaurant so it is normal that you are in rush hours, you should organize yourself better. It is unacceptable to leave your employee alone like this and let her handle customer service alone. In any case, don't come if you're in a hurry. There is no point in ordering in advance because you always make mistakes in my order...

The guy who served me had an attitude as if he was doing me a favor, he has no ability to work with customers, he ruined my good mood.
I usually get great service here but not today. I feel as my 18$ brisket sandwich was worth 5$ ate the entire thing still hungery was virtually no meat. Toppings were fresh sauce was good but where's the meat? 18$? I got 2.50$ of meat.

The service I received was terrible. The man making the sandwiches was very disrespectful and kept yelling at me for no reason. He asked me what else for the sandwich, and when I didn't answer him after 2 seconds, he shouted what else.The only respectful employee was the cashier. She was an older woman, but she was beautiful and really kind.-The service I received was awful. The man who was making the sandwiches was very disrespectful, and kept yelling at me for no reason.
