Normally I don’t ever have problems at this subway but it’s been a few months since I’ve went and today I was hungry and went during my break. The guy working started making an uber eats order before going to see me and his lady coworker told him to serve me first, I got the new nachos. He poured the Doritos out and I realized I didn’t want that any longer. (I don’t like Doritos and didn’t know it was made with that) I kindly told the man I didn’t want that any more and he scoffed very loudly and rolled his eyes and looked at me like I had made his life hell…??? THE AUDACITY??? Who the hell acts like that in a customer service environment? all he had done was pour the chips like it’s not the end of the world and the lady was like “well we already poured the chips what are we supposed to do?” I don’t know maybe your job? How am I supposed to know. I ended up leaving, rudest interaction I’ve ever had in fast food 😭😭😭 please hire polite staff

Horrible, I went today around 11:30, and there was a line of people. Our turn came and the lady was SCREAMING at us... I said I want the Italian bread and she gave me the normal one + tomatoes even though I hadn't even asked for any 😭then she didn't ask me for the toasted bread, nothing at all, it's like these workers think that just because it's busy, they can put 0 effort into the sandwiches of the people who order. That's the goal of your company... to satisfy your customers despite nothing. I'm not happy at all.

Shared with a dépanneur but service is excellent, I recommend paying in advance with the app during lunch time there is a high-school beside and it gets full.

Vegetarian options: It's Subway you choose what you want.

Parking: Very accessible, near bike path behind highschool

Wheelchair accessibility: Somewhat Didn't notice of there was automated door.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location, largely due to Kélianne's unprofessional service. Not only was she extremely arrogant, but she also failed to accommodate my vegan needs. The store was out of half the ingredients, and instead of suggesting substitutions or alternatives, she simply made my sub with barely any veggies and showed no interest in making it right. Her rudeness compounded the issue, leaving me very dissatisfied with the service and my meal. I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the customer experience.
