Terrible service. Walk in group of 3 and they serve 2 while I have to wait in line 10 min longer because a skip the dishes order came in and this lady only starts making 5 other subs while my two buddies have their food, have paid and finished... and I haven't even been served when I was WITH them. Disgusting waste of time. Walked out.
The old lady working here is super rude to English people as well and yelled at my friend when he tried to order in French. He's learning and wanted to practice and instead he gets yelled at. Every subway in QC I've ever been to is a disaster but this was a first for me.
After today I vow to never set foot in any Subway in this province ever again. Get your stuff together and treat guests better.

Our daughter was passing through here and decided to stop in. The gentleman working here saw that my daughter spoke English and she was trying to order in French. When she went to pay he attempted to charge her over $45 for a sandwich. When she tried to correct him on the price he doubled down in the hopes that she would accept and pay. He tried to dupe a non French speaking person into paying an outrageous price likely in the hopes of pocketing the difference. I reiterate even after being confronted by the deception, he continued to attempt to charge more than double the price. This is sickening and this place should be avoided at all costs.

Normally I don’t ever have problems at this subway but it’s been a few months since I’ve went and today I was hungry and went during my break. The guy working started making an uber eats order before going to see me and his lady coworker told him to serve me first, I got the new nachos. He poured the Doritos out and I realized I didn’t want that any longer. (I don’t like Doritos and didn’t know it was made with that) I kindly told the man I didn’t want that any more and he scoffed very loudly and rolled his eyes and looked at me like I had made his life hell…??? THE AUDACITY??? Who the hell acts like that in a customer service environment? all he had done was pour the chips like it’s not the end of the world and the lady was like “well we already poured the chips what are we supposed to do?” I don’t know maybe your job? How am I supposed to know. I ended up leaving, rudest interaction I’ve ever had in fast food 😭😭😭 please hire polite staff

Horrible, I went today around 11:30, and there was a line of people. Our turn came and the lady was SCREAMING at us... I said I want the Italian bread and she gave me the normal one + tomatoes even though I hadn't even asked for any 😭then she didn't ask me for the toasted bread, nothing at all, it's like these workers think that just because it's busy, they can put 0 effort into the sandwiches of the people who order. That's the goal of your company... to satisfy your customers despite nothing. I'm not happy at all.

Parking: Very accessible, near bike path behind highschool
