I went to Subway this morning, the service from the 2 girls was impeccable, the oven didn't work despite their offer to put it in the panini machine, the taste wasn't the same and what's more, the bread was all crushed, that's the second time I'm going there oven is broken

I just went to Subway on Buckingham Avenue. I had the worst customer service. I don't have the name of the employee but she has dark hair, she is in her thirties or forties with colorful tattoos on her arm. She started by serving me without telling me that the ovens were not working (which is totally understandable but warning customers before starting the sandwich would be preferable) when I asked her to heat my two 6 inches she stupidly replied “we don't have an oven!”, then she threw all my vegetables and the sauce as if something was more urgent than customer service. When we got to the packaging, they all came out with very poorly packaged sandwiches. She had to repack it a second time, then extremely stupid when we got to the checkout. No one deserves customer service like this.
