We ordered 2 sandwiches via online order. They arrived with half the ingredients missing, the bread was rock hard and one of the loaves was the wrong one. The employee made our sandwiches to get rid of them and it's not the first time this has happened. Very disappointing. $20 per sandwich.. it should be filling and tasty. Not what we got.

The lady at the service wanted to add an amount to my bill for a supposed submarine that I would have taken gold from a previous visit even though I pass once a year. I refused because it was mistaken about the person it was. it's not me she was angry so I'm not going back there anymore I'm going to go to the MecDo across the street instead

I was looking for a 12 inch sub number 13 (supremo) and I must admit that I was not disappointed by the freshness and the excellent service that I received from the guy he worked that evening on 2/16/2024 I definitely recommend this

From what I can see my comment will reflect those that have been written before.Evening employees without any politeness/respect.The food is simply "garoche" in the bread while forgetting that it must be closed afterwards to give a nice sandwich, which is not the case, DUTANTLY.I can't even enjoy the meal I paid for because I end up with a package filled with food and sauce like a hodgepodge.From now on, I would go the extra 15 minutes without hesitation to go to another Subway that would suit the basic criteria of a food business while respecting these customers.

Sunday evening September 17, 7 p.m.Dirty restaurant without common sense, mass service, barely know how to make sandwiches! Almost everything is garocheed in the sandwich...unheard of! Last time I set foot there!

Un gros n'importe quoi!!! Juste des flos avec aucune formation qui ne savent pas quoi mettre dans un sous-marin... Aucun sourir ni bonjour. Probablement tous avec des TDA non médicamentés car pour 3 sous-marin 12", j'ai du répéter 10 fois quel sorte je voulais... Une belle grosse affiche de soupe sur le contoir mais pu de soupe!!! Il était pas 21h, il était 17h.... bref ce n'est pas la 1re fois, je n'ai jamais réussi à avoir de soupe à ce foutu Subway... Bref expérience pathétique. Si vous n’êtes pas capable d'avoir un adulte ou de former votre personnel, ben fermez!

We are travelling across Canada and stopped here for lunch. The floor was covered in water and dirt. The staff had gloves on touching everything in the restaurants then serving food with the same gloves. It was so gross. The bathroom was filthy as well. We walked out. Shameful for a subway.

Good food but they had a storage of drink options and when we went the restaurant wasnt busy which would of been an ideal time for employees to sweep the floors and tables. Very dirty and washrooms weren't any

Les employés sont des jeunes effrontés qui poussent de longs soupirs quand ils doivent corriger une erreur qu'ils ont faite parce qu'ils n'écoutent pas à moitié ce qu'on dit. Des clients qui passent derrière le comptoir pour se servir eux même sans gants dans le comptoir à biscuits. J'ai demandé au commis si la cliente travaillait là et il me dit d'un air gêné que cest la future gerante qui commence lundi. Vraiment pas impressionné, j'ai eu envie de laisser mes sandwich sur le comptoir sans payer et m'en aller. de toute façon y'a 2 autres subways à moins de 5 mins en auto, je ne remettrai jamais les pieds la.La salade etait vraiment pas fraiche et ca a completement ruiné mon sandwich.

Le service clientèle n'a pas de bon sens. Appeller le client le gros, vraiment? Je ne m'attends pas à me faire vouvoyer mais là c'est n'importe quoi. Une fille qui traverse l'autre bord du comptoir et se sert directement dans les biscuits sans se laver les mains. Mais est-ce qu'elle travail là ? En plus il ne connaisse même pas leur menu et se frustre compte le client qui essai de l'expliquer. Italien epicé un subwar classic ce n'est pourtant pas compliquer . Dernière fois que je me rend dans ce subway c'est sur.
