Ever since the new guy is in the kitchen cooking the meat, portion size has decreased and this makes me so mad. I've been going there for years and many times per month, but since 2 years I went only 3 times, at best. I always take Yakisoba duo with chicken and beef with extra shrimp. Ignore the fact that it’s in a mall food court, this place rocks. I skip the restaurants in the mall and head straight for Sukiyaki. The prices are great especially with the portion you get, and they cook the food right in front of you and everything tastes delicious and fresh. The service is so friendly too, I’ve never had a bad experience or a bad meal. And, the food court and clean and nice too.
My spouse and I have been customers of Sukiyaki for several years at Promenades de l'Outaouais. This afternoon very disappointed with my chicken and noodle soup. Less vegetables than usual and less tasty broth. The chicken Sukiyaki plate had less vegetables, more rice and uncooked mushrooms.
