The sushi was poorly prepared and appeared to have been made in a hurry. the rice was not well distributed and didn't even cover the ingredients properly.

Suchi is good, I ate sitting at a table. By the end of my meal there were a few fruit flies flying around and landing in my sushi tray, despite my effort to shoo them away. I didn't eat the last few pieces.
I get it, Fruit flies are hard to get rid of but that's a health code violation when it's that bad.

La commis de la succursale n’a pas voulu faire l’annulation, parce que j’ai commandé sur leur site web. J’ai jamais reçu mon souper, et j’ai demandé mon remboursement par un email info general, très impersonnel comme service.

Where is the fish? If you like sushi, please refer at the photo, this is what you will get. The Maki are a bit better, but stay in the ordinary and they put the less fish they can.

What I ordered vs. what I got. Mostly rice and bland fish. The last time I ordered this box, there was better variety and less filler. Why are there so many cucumber rolls and avocado rolls ? Sushi in Gatineau is one big cash grab. This isn't the first time, and I won't be coming back, sadly.

HE HANGED UP THE LINE IN MY NOSE! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! If I could give no stars I would! I ordered 2 poker bowls. I asked for extra lobster and they didn't give me anything extra. They told me the price would be $1.50 but it ended up being $3.50! I call afraid to tell them and hang up the line on my face! I call back and ignore my call! $50 for pitiful service! I do not recommend in any way!
