Where is the fish? If you like sushi, please refer at the photo, this is what you will get. The Maki are a bit better, but stay in the ordinary and they put the less fish they can.

What I ordered vs. what I got. Mostly rice and bland fish. The last time I ordered this box, there was better variety and less filler. Why are there so many cucumber rolls and avocado rolls ? Sushi in Gatineau is one big cash grab. This isn't the first time, and I won't be coming back, sadly.

Really disappointing. Brand new store (aylmer).and not even able to serve the clients correctly. Rude staff . Wrong order (twice), item missing and sushi roll almost empty.Today, we spent 60$, ordered online and had to wait an additional 30 min on site. Was given the wrong order....had to fight to get the right one. Some Items missing and no chopsticks nor soy sauce.....don't bother going you feel like uou disturb them and the quality is mediocre.

The sushi is ok and average price. I had a poke bowl a while ago and was rather disappointed by the few and pore ingredients for $15 (iceberg lettuce was a good portion of the bowl). Today's rolls were fresh and good. One is salmon and crab meat and avocado rolls. The other platter was vegetarian.Service continues to be not very serious as other pointed too.

Excellent, fresh sushi is always delightful!!! It’s absolutely worth the taste, the blend of textures, flavours, and seasoning all is perfect .

Idk where to startIf they have an old bowl for another client sitting on the table, they will give you that so if you go during busy hours, it might not be fresh. Why am i not getting fresh food because another customer is late/ they prepared the bowl too soon? They give you cheap paper bags that will rip, makes you pay 58 cents for it? Like what kind of business makes you pay for the TAKEOUT BAG? imagine going to subway/a&w/any resto and they charge you for the bag you leave with… so greedy…. chile anyway…The other commentor is correct. Every poke bowl takes like a big mac? But i wouldnt say its a bad thing but treat this place as fast food and not a healthy snackTheir prices went from 15 to 20 for bowls pre and then post pandemic and the price increase is just not worth. Might as well go to an all-you-can-eat sushi resto at ottawa…You pay for 70% lettuce, 25% rice and then 5% meat, avocado…. So really its just salad with salmon…Definitely overpriced. They also changed the lettuce recently and its so disgusting, feels like youre chewing gum??? So chewy and not fresh. Texture is wacki just don’t understand why they are using cheaper ingredients but charging us more. Subway has better lettuce ?‍♀️

The food was not bad but the packaging was disgusting.

Aug 21: The staff who were working today were very unpleasant. Three staff were busy with their phones when we came. I ordered tempura but directed me to get some from the fridge ( i thought you no longer served newly fried tempura). This is the first time I was told to get from the fridge! After they made the sushi, the staff just handed me the sushi without placing it in a bag or atleast ask if i needed one. I read the reviews and someone had the same experience, is this your new standard Sushi Shop?

I always order the salmon poke bowl. This time I ordered on the phone and when I got there 5 minutes later it was ready. The Poke bowl was good as always, one of the only places where the poke bowl has a decent amount of meat and rice.

Hadn't ordered here in a while. I remember why now. Sushi looked awful, tasted ok. Poke bowl was disappointing, tasted like a big mac. They had forgotten the tempura shrimp so I had to drive back. They said to grab one from the fridge, I asked if they had freshly made ones, no answer. Grabbed one of the containers only to realize later that they had been made 3 days ago. I would advise against eating here. What kind of a restaurant sells three day old tempura shrimp?

I was fairly disappointed with my order today. There was nothing in the bag except for the tray of sushi. I don't mind if they skip the chop sticks, but it really should include soy sauce. The salmon in my roll was abnormally pale and the avocado in the hosomaki was overripe, much too soft and strange to eat. The maki was also raggedly cut. Perhaps the quality suffered because it was a Friday night, but I couldn't even finish eating my order due to the low quality.

Sushi made fresh while you wait. Very tasty. Extra Wasabi is an extra cost

Staff gave me attitude as I was ordering. Portion was small but food tasted alright.
