The sushi is always good. Nothing to say about that. I order frequently, unfortunately the service and preparation time is terrible. Orders are never ready on time, items ordered are often missing, I often have to wait an additional 45 minutes to 1 hour to receive my orders, even when the business is clearly not busy. The average reception time is almost 2 hours, which is far too long.
Last order placed, the business was empty, a Sunday evening, there was no order in the fridge ready, the employees were chatting in the kitchen and my order should already be ready, which is not very impressive for the customer base… Strategies should be put in place to reduce waiting time and increase employee productivity.
Very bad experience at this level for a long time. It's a shame.

Delay on orders. A meal ordered and paid for online for the family for a specific time resulted in an hour of waiting in the store and a realization that the order was incomplete once I got home.
I believe that several strategies can reduce this type of inconvenience for customers: notify the waiting time from the outset to have the option to cancel if the delay is not reasonable. After 30 minutes of waiting on site, offering a discount or complementary product could be a little touch that makes the difference.

Around 6:54 p.m. Tuesday evening (June 18), I called to place an order for sushi. The employee told me that at this time only poke orders were accepted. When I asked the exact end time for my sushi order, I was told "well around 6:30 p.m. or 6:45 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.", and this with uncertainty. I really got the impression that the employee just didn't want to place the order. It's too bad.
