I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons. When we reserved, we asked for a quiet spot,( if you've been there, it's on the right as you enter), but we were seated on the other side by the bar. That would have been ok however there was a group next to us who were extremely loud and got worse when they started a gift exchange. One lady was particularly loud, screaming and getting up and dancing around, clapping here hands, very disruptive and disrespectful. They should've been asked by management to keep it down so other patrons could enjoy their meal. Three couples left and told us on their way out that they skipped dessert and would not hurry back any time soon. The second reason for the 4 stars is the music. I enjoy music but during dinner, it didn't need to be blasting to the point that people couldn't have a conversation. After 9 or 10 you can blast it all you want but during dinner hours, keep it soft. The food was good and the service was great but, we aren't likely to choose your establishment next time we want to enjoy meal and conversation.

the restaurant was full. The staff was attentive. The atmosphere was fun. The food was average. If you pay $50 for an entree than you expect the food to come as ordered. It did not not. Food was disappointing but everything else was good.

Pleasant ambience with great customer service marred by poor quality food. My wife ordered the Classic Burger which she described as terrible. I ordered the $44 New York Striploin which, while prepared exactly as ordered (rare) was chewy and tough. 20% of my steak was grizzle and cartilage. The French Fries were excellent. Both plates with two alcoholic drinks was $94 before tip. I will look elsewhere for my next steak dinner.

Our experience was definitely 5 star. We had an excellent server, Josh, who made our dining experience exceptional. He was attentive offered great advice on menu choices and beverages. I ordered the hamburger steak meal. The serving portions were large and meal included huge baked potato and excellent grilled veggies. My husband had a burger meal and it was delicious. The fries, which he seldom eats, were declared the best he ever had. We were planning on having the creme brulee dessert. We had heard rave reviews from others about how delicious it was. However, our meal portions were so large we couldn't manage another bite. We are already planning another visit soon. Our experience at Milan's has made it our new favorite. Wonderful service, excellent food and surroundings.

Our experience at Milan was great but one thing that I didn’t like was that we had a two hour time frame and this wasn’t noted when the online reservation was done. This should be added when you are booking. Our chosen plates were very good for each and everyone of our group of 6. I took the plate of tuna and it was cooked to perfection. My Crème brûlée as dessert was soooo delicious! Miam miam! Our waiter even made me a special coffee with Jack Daniel and honey, it was perfect and not too sweet! Overall, everyone was satisfied with our dinner outing!

This Resturant is not worth the time or energy . There was no items on the menu for brunch . I ordered the club house sandwich and the chicken was so dry and over cooked . The service is slow So many better option in Gatineau .

This is a BIG SCAM !! I ordered from Uber eats !! Guess what !! The food was not fresh at all ! They sent me rolls they made 4 or 5 days ago !! The rice was uncooked and unfresh !! Never take from this restaurant !! and they didn’t send me the right order !!

I liked to give 0 stars if I could. I cannot talk about my order, because I didn't receive any! My order was placed Sunday, May 1st, about 9:40 pm, they estimated I shall receive it around 10:40. I and all my guests waited until about 10:30 that I got a text telling me the order has been cancelled!! No explanation of any reason, just informing that I will receive the refund!! Couldn't they informing me earlier? I had guests , and we had waited for about 1 hour!! I sent my guests back to their home without meal. They must had informed me, If by any reason, they were not able to prepare my order. On the other hand , if they had prepared it ( after hour waiting) , they could send it even with a car not from doordash. So the correct star is Zero.

I ordered spicy salmon roll and shrimp tempura roll. The spicy salmon roll was not good and doesn’t compare to what you can find in other places. The shrimp tempura roll was better, would order again. That being said, it is quite difficult to find quality sushi on the Gatineau side.
