Tai Hong Chinese Food

I ordered online over $90.00 for my family. Because I did not order via telephone they refused to give me the chicken fried rice that they noted on their menu.on the menu it states: free chicken fried rice for order $55.00 before tax. It does not state that this only applies if you order via telephone . I explained this and they kept on arguing. Really bad service. Never ordering there again

Food was good, but they could add more to their meals. 8/10 .

we have just had our fill of the excellent cuisine of the owner of Tai Hong Chinese food. All his dishes are abundant and delicious for this type of cuisine.

I have just reread Mr. Bélisle's comment which I find to be very severe for someone who has ordered 150 meals in the last 5 years, according to his own words. I don't doubt his bad experience during his last order but from there to give it a star!!!

As they once said, it is not customary and to err is human!

I placed an order at 5:26 p.m., but at 7:06 p.m., having still received nothing, I called at 7:06 p.m. to find out what was going on. The owner explained to me that I had given the wrong telephone number and address. However, I have placed more than 30 orders per year with her in the last 5 years and my telephone number has been the same for 25 years! In addition, I confirmed the information to her several times in English (since she does not speak French).

She then reassured me by telling me that she was preparing a new meal because of the delay. Finally, the delivery man arrived at 8:04 p.m., but confirmed to me that it was the same meal prepared at 5:26 p.m., therefore cold. I contacted the owner again, but she only offered a discount for my next order. I declined this offer and ultimately decided to order elsewhere.

Frankly, I'm disappointed. Such poor service, especially for a regular customer, is unacceptable

Been waiting 2 hours now for my delivery, they are located about 700 meters away, not impressed.

I placed an order through Uber Eats and did not receive a third of my order. They said they picked it up this way and it’s the restaurants fault. I was only refunded approximately half of what I paid for the missing items, and I am still arguing with Uber eats over the matter. Furthermore, there’s no way this restaurant could’ve gotten 4.3 stars. The food is mediocre at best, I ordered a black bean dish and it tasted like watered down soya sauce. You can do better!
