We read the negative reviews but despite going into it with that bias we enjoyed this food. Had pad Thai with chicken, spring rolls, dumplings, and red curry with beef.Everything tasted great (esp dumplings/spring rolls and red curry), quantity was ok, price was a bit high for budget Thai food.

I've gone to Thaizone on and off since it opened in Aylmer and I did like the food but I think I'm done. When every time you walk in a restaurant where your feet stick to the floor you know there is a problem. The social distancing stickers on the floor are SO FILTHY you can't read them. Last night after I placed my order one of the cooking staff dropped a ladle and a spoon. Did he take them to a sink to wash? No, he put them back and continued using them to cook.I've never seen anyone over 30 working there so it begs the question who actually owns and manages this outlet and have they any pride. I grew up working in a family restaurant and everyone involved knew the meaning of cleanliness and hygiene and how to scrub a floor sometimes on hands and knees, not give it a lick and a promise. Sorry but when I spend about 15$ for a take-out meal AND prompted to tip I expect more.

Tasted awful. Chicken was rubbery, bland , tasteless. Has to separate it from the rest. Rice was so soggy and tasted like plastic. Almost threw up. Tossed it out after a few bites. Waste of money.

Why is my pad thai soggy..? Got it delivered after an hour, the bag and the box was full of oily sauce. Doesn’t look fresh either.. 20$ down the drain. :)Don’t recommend this location.

Avoid this place like your life depends on it. Nothing against the staff they were really nice and seemed way overworked. The padthai was gray and flavorless and just a disgusting putrid and slimy. I asked for no onions and when I got home, an avalanche the size of Texas of onions were in it. Something is not right, they need to rework the recipes and get fresh ingredients, specially at that price, I could have gotten delivered by thai express on ubereats for about the same price for two. Seriously extremely disappointed

Customer service needs to be improved and cleanliness was horrible, we ordered a 4 person combo and got 4 meals seperatly without the combo items and price. The General Tao was sub-par for any Thai takeout restaurants and the chicken Pad Thai had tofu in it and I'm not even sure it was fresh...and wasn't good. Anyways, the staff doesn't care and acts like it, all arround to be avoided.

Took my order on-line on September 8th, then called to tell me they couldn't deliver it and would refund the charges. On September 9th they confirmed that the refund had been processed. A week later and there's still no refund, and every time I call I'm told the person can't help and I need to call back tomorrow to talk to the manager who is never there to take my call.(And yes, I already filled in the google form that the owner sends out to all negative reviews, but haven't been contacted back yet either... I'm sure they'll reply with the usual "We are sorry you didn't have a great time." response.)

I should have done a little more research before ordering via uber eats but I was hungry and working late. This is the worst Thai( if you can even call it that) I’ve ever had the misfortune to come across. It was full of sugar, poorly cooked and the ingredients did not appear fresh at all. Was supposed to be curry but instead was a flavourless gloopy over processed mess. How does one even manage to make flavourless curry! It’s curry! I’d have done better with a PC frozen entree. I couldn’t eat it. It was that bad. Also, what’s with the edamame beans?! Seriously, epic fail.
