Food did not taste good and noodles were completely overcooked which made the taste even worse….. paid extra to get beef in one dish and extra to get shrimps in another one but there was no beef or shrimps in my dish.
Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere else!!!!

Cold and mushy. Thai express is usually good, but not here.

My father was a recurring Saturday night customer. Every week, he orders a medium-spicy Pad Thai. It happened once before when he realized his meal was mild upon arriving home. When this occurred, he ate it anyway and made sure the following times; the cashier understood he wanted medium-spicy. Last night, this happened again, so he decided to go back and ask them to make it medium-spicy. He saw the employees adding too much spiciness and something from an odd can to the meal. That night, my father ate an incredibly spicy meal and got food poisoning as a result. My theory is that the employees didn't like that my father returned for the meal he asked for and made him pay for it. We will never go back there for obvious reasons, and I will vehemently discourage people from going there!

This place is impeccably clean and well-maintained. The food is of excellent quality, and the staff is very nice. I strongly recommend this place.

The Chicken pad Thai was dry and did not taste as fresh as previous visits. They also put old and wet chicken cubes in it and it did not taste good. I'll just have to go to la maison de nouilles next time :(

Once again the breaded chicken is tough and fibrous seems to have been reheated often or overcooked. The tofu is too full of liquid. It's very ordinary.

Very disappointing Thai fried rice! Only 3 pieces of chicken 4 squares of carrots 2 slices of onion..A cheap restaurant that stretches the sauce to make more cash. Taste nothing without flavors... restaurant to avoid at all costs!

How do you serve such tough chicken? Even if I spanked on purpose, I wouldn't be able to make a chicken that hard to chew. Chicken is fibrous and tough instead of tender and juicy. Did you cook it and then freeze it? Will you pass us your expired chicken?

I was a big fan of the Thai Express of Promenades but after several orders of such poor quality I cannot recommend it. You will end up poisoning your customers.

Who should I contact to be reimbursed?

This is my first time come here. I ordered pad Thai beef, very very good and fast. The service is good . I very like this restaurant, I will be back.

There's piece's of shrimp tail skins in my soup and the whole thing smells foul. There's also a weird sticky residue coming off of it. I repeat, SHRIMP TAIL SKINS in my chicken Thai soup. Ridiculous. No wonder you all started the pandemic.
