My husband just waited 30 mins at this location for a tofu dish. We live 20 mins away from the location. When he came home, we discovered this was chicken. 1hr10 mins wasted and the food must be thrown in the garbage because we do not eat meat. What a waste of time and money. I could have been cooking the whole time. The phone number of the location has been disconnected (I wonder why). Avoid at all cost.

Here's the deal: they basically don't have a phone. It has never worked for me. Never. Ok, so order online then? Fine, but my kids don't like spicy food. So I select "mild - no spice". Now, on the restaurant's printed ticket It says "un peu épicé". Visible chili flakes, some of the dishes are too spicy for my kids to eat. If I wanted to pay for my kids to complain I would choose the dentist. Takeout is supposed to be a fun treat. Oh and the last time we found a piece of plastic in one of our dishes. No response from customer service. Too bad, guess we're done, Thai express.

Unacceptable incompetence: Staff couldn't ring up my order properly in the cash. I ordered dish with vegetable option, $13.48, but after 5 minutes of both staff behind the counter trying to operate the till, the "only option" they could punch in which was fried chicken at $15.08 (nearly $2 more after tax), and corrected the receipt by hand to say "legume" but not the price. To the owner: fix your till, AND train your people to use it! and if something isn't available, DO NOT advertise it on the menu! Customer Service 101.
They don't care about the quality of the food half the time. Got a wonderful meal for 2 where I had to split my found cause my mum's food was trash, she ordered salad rolls, usually she can eat 2, both were so big that they basically contained a side salad each with a single shrimp...Cause Uber wanted pics to return we couldnt get refunded.

Do not go there for lunch! The first time it took over 30 minutes to get my food but I figured it might be a fluke so I tried again today and my experience was the same. I waited after 12:30 to let the lunch rush pass and still, after 25 minutes, nobody had taken my order. My lunch break being under an hour, I left and went next door to Subway. The clients before me were furious at having waited their entire lunch break to get their order.
