Reliable spot to eat in Aylmer. I guess you can say I'm a regular. Quick and way fix to fill up that belly. My favorite Pad Sew chicken with extra broccoli and Vey low sodium, artery issues. 😆 Not a five star ambiance but it works. Great service and staff are nice to interact with.

I should have read the reviews sooner. Probably one of the worst meals I’ve eaten. The chicken was hard as rock, the noodles were all clumped together, and there was absolutely no flavour at all. After my 3rd or 4th bite I just realized the food was inedible only to read the reviews and notice this is a common occurrence with this location. I really don’t understand how this place is still open at this point.

Terrible garbage food made by teenagers

The best restaurant in Gatineau. The most handsome chef in Plaza. I recommend this place so much, where you can get nice food in an amazing environment. Fired rice is my favourite! I come here weekly!

I ordered the beef soup off of ubereats and 3 hours after I had eaten the soup, I got food poisoning. I was up from 10pm till 6 am next to the toilet bowl. I ended up in the hospital. The doctor informed me i had contracted a bacteria from the meat I had eaten. I don't know if it's the way the meat is kept or if it was just expired and they served it anyways. This is not the first time I get food poisoning from this location.

Got the mango chicken rice vetsion. Worst chicken ever, tuff like leather.

Very bad food. Not nearly like other Thai Express locations at all, it was disgusting even. Huge disappointment; looking at the other recent reviews, they're almost all 1 star for terrible food. some people have even found staples in their meal. This is unacceptable and this place needs to be shutdown or put on break until management is sorted out; I will be contacting Thai Express to complain further about this location.

Ordered on Uber. Asked for extra sauce wasn't expecting my meal to just literally be sauce. There is barely any rice so all I'm eatting is meat and sauce it's actually gross everything else I got was fine . But spending 20$ on this is forsure a bummer. I would never order online again .

New low…THERE WAS A STAPLE IN MY FOOD!! Let me preface this by saying that I really wish that I didn’t have to leave this review…I love the Thai Express menu and I have been to this location often (around 10 times). Half those time they got my order right…the other times there were things wrong (wrong spice level being the main recurring thing - I usually ask for spicy but I have received it mild a couple of times and spiceless one time…just like watery noodles with a bit of color). Anyways, tonight was a new low. I ordered it from Uber Eats and I was dissapointed when I opened the bag. The bean sprouts and the coriander/cilantro that I added (and paid for) were missing on my pad sew, and the bowl was half empty…first picture is before I took any bite. Usually the bowl is filled to the top so that is my expectation. BUT HERE IS THE WORST PART: THERE WAS A LITTERAL METAL STAPLE IN ONE PIECE OF THE FISH! As I started chewing I noticed something hard (sorry for the pictures of chewed food) and found a staple!!! It is a serious safety issue and could have been dangerous. It also makes me question the sanitary level of this establishment. DO BETTER. Go at your own risks I guess…

So disappointed with our order tonight. The spring rolls were so old that all the plastic wrap tore off the rice paper. All of our rolls were like the photo. Very disappointing for a $50 order
