Déplus la petite boutique offre des produits européen fantastique pour ajouter un petite quelque chose de différent. Service à la client peux être lent quand il ce concentre sur la portion resto. Mais ca n'enlève pas au goût des produit.

This has been my favorite bakery since I was little, so about 20 years give or take. I have never been disappointed in the slightest, it feels like home. Can't say enough good things about the food and the atmosphere.

I miss this bakery so much! Moved out of Aylmer about 10 years ago, but I still have very fond memories of sweet treats and fantastic bread. I haven't found anything similar in Ottawa :(

I was extremely disappointed to be refused a "Bonne Fête" inscription on a cake I was buying. There was only one person before me, no one behind me, it was 2:45 p.m., and the cashier after asking the owner, a few steps from me, informs me that the pastry chef does not have time to do the inscription on the cake. I can't imagine anyone refusing such a service which only takes a few seconds and especially considering the asking price for a birthday cake!!!I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE OLD COVENANT AGAIN!!!

I rediscovered the Vieille Alliance and everything was excellent: the ficelle (the best I've eaten in a long time), the bread, the chocolatine and the cream puffs. I will return for my future birthday cakes. Fortunately, you have overcome the pitfalls of the Covid. Thank you for your dedication.
