I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons regularly since I live around the corner, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. After ordering and paying for a Chicken Craveable, I went to the sandwich area to wait, only to be questioned by an employee with, ‘What are you waiting on?’ I told him my order, then waited over 15 minutes, only to realize he had completely ignored my order. I had to go back to the cashier, who actually had to tell him to make my food.
On top of that, I was even charged for the wrong item. But the real issue here was the complete lack of respect and dismissiveness. This felt targeted, unprofessional, and rude – so much so that I lost my appetite entirely. This level of service is unacceptable. If customers aren’t treated with basic respect, what’s the point? I hope this location seriously reconsiders how they handle customer service, because this left me furious.
I also posted the sandwich and the employee

Don't know how to make a chai latte!
He makes a cafe with a pouch of chai latte in it... and despite my Apelle having a manager she normalizes doing it that it's like that... when 2 days ago someone served me the real chai latte!
At $5 a drink the least we could do would be to do it right ?
Good service! Super nice employee at this restaurant!

Staff were friendly, nice people during the day whilst I visited. Close to the hospital. Parking is plentiful but a little tight.

Today I went here. In the morning. It's was a hot day so I order a donut. And a double Double. I went in I said the order to the employee and he's was nice. And could understand me because of my disorder, luckily he's was a nice guy.

Overall, I do really like this location, but I'm starting to get the impression that the employees don't know the difference between a chocolate glazed donut and a chocolate dip donut. Every single time I order a glazed donut by delivery they ALWAYS give me dip. It's not the biggest deal in the world, but man has it gotten annoying. Please just give people what they order. If you're out of stock, I'd literally rather not have a replacement than a donut I don't want.
Parking: The parking spaces are somewhat pinned by the drive thru so it can be difficult to pull out of the spots.

This used to be my favourite Tim Hortons, especially as an Anglophone living in Gatineau learning French, they were always respectful and helpful. I want to say, I have worked at Tim Hortons for over 3 years in different departments so I understand the frustration of customer service. However today at the drive thru, I had to leave and pull over to write this as the girl does not understand being polite and patient while I try to speak French to help THEM with my order. Every time I had to repeat myself, she would loudly say "WHAT" "WHAAAT" instead of anything else, such as please give me a minute or could you please repeat that. I asked if I could pull up, and she didn't respond for about a minute so I left without knowing if she even put my order through. Please be nice to customers learning your language, saying WHAT loudly over a speaker and nothing else is is disrespectful and unprofessional.
