Everything was good its just the guy is not wearing a hair net and prepare the food without gloves.

Most of the orders are wrong and they know we will come back cause there isn’t a local coffee shop around. Sucks they aren’t willing to take an order correctly and keep missing the mark. Took them 20 min to make a simple order of 2 meals and two drinks with no straws for my iced capps
Make us move away from the drive thru and don’t really need too as no car in the back

They had the stall for changing baby diapers LOCKED
Tried explaining it to them and they looked puzzled and said its not working
While inside I noticed a line of cars outside waiting for their food. They brought wrong orders to the cars and I can see their frustration

When the cooks make a mistake, they will give your order off to their friends. Not to mention they don't listen when taking your order

Every time I order a wrap from here there’s never egg in the wrap and I have to go back. Like, how hard is it to put egg, which is in every wrap! I swear it doesn’t matter which Tim’s you go to they always get your order wrong. I’m tired of wasting time coming back to get my order right

The workers are very incompetent and short with their customers. My friends and I went through the drive through and the worker did not understand our simple order. She then told us to drive up to the window without taking the rest of our order and stopped responding to us when we talked. We decided to go inside to order seeing as they were unable to do it in the drive through. We were then immediately flagged over to the counter where they told us that they have proof of us “not paying”on camera when all we were trying to do was come inside to get our order. Staff was very unfriendly and impatient with us. A timmies run that should’ve taken 3 minutes took us 25. I have an allergy and needed to make accommodations to my order and staff did not take it seriously and made me feel like I would never want to return to this Tim Hortons.
Never get what I order. Always get the wrong things I ask for. When I order a hot chocolate they end up giving a French vanilla when I didn't ask for French vanilla. They don't add Chipotle sauce in there breakfast wraps when I asked for sauce. They don't mark on the orders what is what so we gotta dig through the wraps to find out whos is who's. I'm sorry I don't like having fingers digging through my wrap to see what one is mine or not. Very disappointed!
I've never seen Tim's toilets as dirty as that...

1 point: They don't know that coffee can't be kept for more than 1 hour in a carafe otherwise it will taste like crap.
2 point: Here is the main dialogue from the owner's daughter when you arrive at the drive-thru to place your order:
her: ¨yes?¨
me: can I have a way 3-3.
her: ¨yes?¨
me: with a bottle of water please
her: ¨yes?¨
me: that's going to be all
she: move forward
So obviously to work there you don't need to have any life skills.
3rd point: I saw the guy at the sandwich table use the same gloves to make a sandwich as to clean his machines so cross contamination +++++++++

The female supervisor is racist ! She also shamed a costumer for not speaking a language

During my visit to this Tim Hortons, I had a deeply troubling experience. I overheard a confrontation between an employee, who identified herself as a supervisor, and a customer. The employee was speaking in Arabic with another staff member, unaware that the customer also understood the language. They were making derogatory remarks about the customer's partner's skin color and using other offensive, racist language. When the customer confronted the supervisor, calmly expressing how inappropriate her comments were, the supervisor responded by yelling at her, shaming her for not speaking French, and attempting to rally other customers against her. This behavior was utterly unacceptable. I have never witnessed such unprofessional conduct from someone in customer service. It was appalling, and I believe this individual should be dismissed. Such actions reflect poorly on Tim Hortons and the owner of this location for allowing such behavior to occur within their establishment.
