Has to be the slowest and poorly organized Tim Hortons. Given it's proximity to the rink I often order from here and regret it each and everytime. If they manage to get the order right, it takes a minimum 15 minutes for two simple items.

Bathroom was disgusting. Floor covered in trash, overflowing trash can and a hand dryer that didn’t work. Ordered a tea and a coffee, got two coffees. Ordered two bagels and a croissant, they just gave us the bagels and no croissant. Had to go back to get all of that fixed. Surly and slow service. Worst Tim Hortons ever.

This is the worst Tim's I have ever been in. They insist on using digital ordering machines...that are broken! Then they get the verbal order wrong. Just avoid this place.

First off, I'm from Ontario (Ottawa) and I an aware of the stereotype. With that being said, this place is a home away from home. The people here are something else. Always in a good mood and great food. Love mornings thanks to you guys.

worst team hortens ever. 2 times passed from here each time they close doors and dont let u use the washroom. so if u re planning to stop here just don’t

Joel was very friendly and made our request perfectly. He listened to our customized requirement made our teas. Place is very clean and overall we were satisfied.

I ordered a bowl with crispy chicken and then I didn't have the reflex to check if it was well cooked because I told myself that they know what they are doing but unfortunately when I was on my last mouthful of my bowl I noticed that the chicken was PINK. I was disgusted and haven't stopped being sick since. Plus their service is very slow and they always make mistakes in my orders every time I go there.
