I ordered a bowl with crispy chicken and then I didn't have the reflex to check if it was well cooked because I told myself that they know what they are doing but unfortunately when I was on my last mouthful of my bowl I noticed that the chicken was PINK. I was disgusted and haven't stopped being sick since. Plus their service is very slow and they always make mistakes in my orders every time I go there.

HELLO, Why does it take so long to get food here? I'm waiting over 15 minutes for a crispy chicken sandwich and I'm still here waiting! WAKE UP THERE ISNT EVEN A LINEUP!!!

Each time I come here the staff is so nice, everyday when I come here they have a smile on there faces and they make me feel welcomed, they are always trying to make the space as clean as possible! Best Tim Hortons!

I go to your store every morning and I can never take advantage of tim rewards because you don't check your cash register when you pay in cash. So I pay $6 for $2.50... Ps: THIS morning it was the manager at the drive-thru.
Slowest service I’ve ever encountered at a Tim Hortons. Management really needs to do something. Drive through was full of people waiting to order with no one to take there order. Finally was sick of waiting so decided to go in. Service was as slow.
