Horrible experience. We tried ordering our food through the drive thru and they did not want to serve us because we spoke English. They gave us a hard time when ordering making us order at the window. We were told to go wait in the parking lot. We did and no one came out to give us the remainder of our order. What was given to us originally was wrong. My friend went inside to get the rest of our order and get the right drink. They thought she was trying to scam Tim’s which was not the case. Never written a Google review before and I am doing so because our experience was very negative.

Very dirty. My soup needed more water because it was thick and salty. My bread that comes with it was dry. The service is super slow there. So, dirty, slow and the food is awfull. Its not surprising looking at the staff. They are trying to give you the impression that they care by responding to reviews like they are interested hearing what you have to say but they really don't.

I’ve ordered here about a dozen times and not a single time have I received an order that didn’t have some sort of mistake made. Simple, straight forward orders every time. Incompetence is an understatement. Many staff are cold and impolite.
Absolutely worst tim hortons location ive ever been too. Waited over 15 mins for a bagel that didnt have proper cream cheese I asked for , upon asking for them to put the correct one on employee walked to back of store laughing about it with other employees. Brought back the bagel still incorrect without any attempt to change it. Wasted 20 mins of my work break doing this and after asking for a refund had to wait another 10 minutes for my money back. Hands down worst customer service I have recieved and absolutely horrendous waste of time when I left empty handed. Will never return here. Didn't get offered any condensation for wasting so much time and energy and not even getting what I went in and asked for. Would recommend avoiding this location at all costs

I've been coming here almost every day for the past couple of years and I'm always leaving happy and pleased. The staff are very friendly and good at their job. The coffee is perfect everytime which is a big deal for me. They know my order before I even make it to the counter and sometimes even have it ready. One of if not the best tim hortons in the Gatineau-Ottawa area.
