I've been coming here almost every day for the past couple of years and I'm always leaving happy and pleased. The staff are very friendly and good at their job. The coffee is perfect everytime which is a big deal for me. They know my order before I even make it to the counter and sometimes even have it ready. One of if not the best tim hortons in the Gatineau-Ottawa area.

Just like most of tims, this place is fine but can use a bit of cleaning. Understaffed or lack of willingness to keep the place clean. Ordered items were standard. Their flatbread can be a hit or miss. It is baked from frozen the cheese smells weird. I'd only go for coffee here and avoid ordering food.
