I ordered on my phone and got there a week or so ago and they told me they didn’t have my order. I have been calling the phone number but it beeps once or twice and hangs up. Customer service is not able to reimburse me and when I was there they couldn’t find it and reimburse me the day off. This is unacceptable. It is out of my way to come back.

This store had no eggs so no breakfast options, barely any donuts and options at all. I understand you’re undergoing renovations but if you can’t actually stay open in a way that upholds a minimum Tim’s standard you should just close for the duration of Renos

The worst owner of a Tim Horton ever. This place is a disgrace for the Tim Hortons trademark. The expresso machine is broken for 2months with no reason/explanation, as coffee is the primary reason why customers shop there. The supervisor lady is arrogant, and no client centric, as she said we lose 1client we will get 60 more.

Over and over I come to make the Line and Find out that there is no latte nor while cream.. They make you wait in line for 20 minutes and only tell you what is missing after.. Its so frustrating and its a persistent problem.
