It was a mobile order, I waited there about 30 mins. Lady was giving every 10 minutes one item, when I got the sandwich, my coffee was already cold.

This has been one of my regular stops, and it’s always a good experience. The staff are friendly, quick, and handle busy times really well. I usually stop in for breakfast or a snack, and the food is always fresh and comes out fast. The bagels, wraps, and baked goods are consistently good, and they rarely run out of the popular items even during rush hours.
They also recently renovated, and it looks great — fresh, modern, and so much brighter inside. The new layout feels more open and welcoming, and it’s actually nice to sit in for a few minutes now. Everything feels clean and updated, which adds to the overall experience.
The drive-thru can get busy at peak times, but the line moves steadily, and my order is almost always right. Inside, it’s comfortable and has a relaxed atmosphere with a nice mix of people: families grabbing Timbits, students working on laptops, and regulars chatting with the staff.
Overall, this location feels reliable, friendly, and refreshed. It’s simple, consistent, and exactly what you want from a Tim Hortons — familiar food, good service, and a bright space to enjoy it.

I ordered on my phone and got there a week or so ago and they told me they didn’t have my order. I have been calling the phone number but it beeps once or twice and hangs up. Customer service is not able to reimburse me and when I was there they couldn’t find it and reimburse me the day off. This is unacceptable. It is out of my way to come back.

This store had no eggs so no breakfast options, barely any donuts and options at all. I understand you’re undergoing renovations but if you can’t actually stay open in a way that upholds a minimum Tim’s standard you should just close for the duration of Renos
