The worst owner of a Tim Horton ever. This place is a disgrace for the Tim Hortons trademark. The expresso machine is broken for 2months with no reason/explanation, as coffee is the primary reason why customers shop there. The supervisor lady is arrogant, and no client centric, as she said we lose 1client we will get 60 more.

Over and over I come to make the Line and Find out that there is no latte nor while cream.. They make you wait in line for 20 minutes and only tell you what is missing after.. Its so frustrating and its a persistent problem.

How is it possible that the cappuccino machine has been broken for over a year without being repaired? Additionally, trash can be found throughout the drive-thru area. In this region we are not used to such a dirty environment. Improvement is needed!

I ordered a box of donuts (3 russets, 2 Boston cream and 1 sour cream)... I opened my box, no cream on it, we replaced it with chocolate and no cream in my cream. Boston!!!

Sign on the door showed it was supposed to be open at 5 but, it was locked, there was 5 people waiting we called and someone bang on the door before they came to open we could see them doing nothing just chatting after opening the doors to let us in they locked them again, the service was slow they messed up my order and refused to unlock the doors had to leave through the emergency exit

Possibly the worts tim hortons! Other than the odours coming from the staff, the service is horrible, the ask you to not pull up to the window untill they are ready so that the camera doesn't see how long it takes. They never have more than 4-5 items to select from. Seriously needs a good manager
