I went to get a coffee at the drive-thru, the woman employed didn't talk to a friend at the drive-thru for 8 minutes and what's more, she was having a chat with me, she told me I can give you the cell to my boss(if she's stupid like that, go back to her home in Africa....)

I just took a star off because at 5:30 in the morning I was made to wait over 10 minutes for a coffee and then they tried to charge me for it. If stuff like that happens at Starbucks they give you the coffee for free and I expected that to happen after a documented 10 minutes not just made up 10 minutes but with a clock. Absolutely horrid service
