Slowly..... it's sad!!!!!
On Wednesday October 16, 2024, around 12:40 p.m., I received an inaccurate order at the drive-thru, so I entered the restaurant to have my order corrected, the man at the counter quickly took note of the situation and I gave him my order that I made a few minutes earlier. He joins a lady who is in charge of the kitchen, and in turn gives her my order. It seems that there were no more customers to serve by the time I arrived, the employees are chatting among themselves. However, the lady does not move, she has her arms crossed and is leaning on the counter, she does not move and she continues for almost 5 minutes to chat with her colleague, who is also in the kitchen with her arms crossed. As soon as customers arrive at the drive-thru, the lady complies, however, still does not place MY order as I wait in front of their counters. She completes the new drive-thru orders by giving bags to her colleague manning the window. After 10 minutes of waiting, I still haven't received MY order, I follow up with the man at the counter, he goes back to see the lady, she mentions that she "wasn't aware" that I was waiting for a while, the man came back to me, apologized and finally mentioned that she had "forgotten". At this point I reflect to the employee that for a while his colleague seems more preoccupied with his conversation than with customer service, the man apologizes again and mentions that they will take care of my order from now on. In total, 15 minutes of waiting, customer service at this time which I consider poor.
A complaint was made to Tim Hortons online services, this is not the first time this has happened.

Suggestion: Vegetarian versus chicken wrap should be stated on wrapper as we have to open them every time to find out which one is vegetarian. Thank you.

The service is so slow on weekday mornings. I always order in advance so I don't have to wait that long. Half the time, my order is never ready and I still have to line it up. This morning I left without having my coffee which I had already ordered in advance because I was going to be late for my job. They even blocked the door because they could not serve all the customers. Never seen before. Not sure the owner would be happy to hear that his employees when it's too busy, they close the doors.

I will no longer go to this location. There is never anything on the counters, no matter the time of day.

Being told by an employee, I don't have time As if the planet belonged to him it's nonsense, I understand that your salary is neglected, but if you don't like your job, change jobs
Ask for 3 sugars they give you none, ask for 4 they give you 8, also flies on their donuts
