This Tim Horton's has the best cheese croissants of all the Tim Hortons locations I've been to. And I've been to a lot as I am a truck driver. Many Timmy's locations have even taken off the cheese croissants off their menu, although for the life of me I cant understand how that is even allowed in a franchise restaurant? Every time I come here I make sure to buy two croissants with my coffee, it is just that good!

Ive come here 3 times and 2 out of the three the people in the back making my food didnt do it correctly at all! Dont come here they dont train their staff correctly.

Went to this place a few times thinking it was a great job for starters. Turns out, i'm sorry for anyone working there. Every employee looks like they hate their job. My guess is that they have poor work conditions maybe. Tense atmosphere, workers just stare off into space when you talk with them. Needs some work.

On Wednesday October 16, 2024, around 12:40 p.m., I received an inaccurate order at the drive-thru, so I entered the restaurant to have my order corrected, the man at the counter quickly took note of the situation and I gave him my order that I made a few minutes earlier. He joins a lady who is in charge of the kitchen, and in turn gives her my order. It seems that there were no more customers to serve by the time I arrived, the employees are chatting among themselves. However, the lady does not move, she has her arms crossed and is leaning on the counter, she does not move and she continues for almost 5 minutes to chat with her colleague, who is also in the kitchen with her arms crossed. As soon as customers arrive at the drive-thru, the lady complies, however, still does not place MY order as I wait in front of their counters. She completes the new drive-thru orders by giving bags to her colleague manning the window. After 10 minutes of waiting, I still haven't received MY order, I follow up with the man at the counter, he goes back to see the lady, she mentions that she "wasn't aware" that I was waiting for a while, the man came back to me, apologized and finally mentioned that she had "forgotten". At this point I reflect to the employee that for a while his colleague seems more preoccupied with his conversation than with customer service, the man apologizes again and mentions that they will take care of my order from now on. In total, 15 minutes of waiting, customer service at this time which I consider poor.

A complaint was made to Tim Hortons online services, this is not the first time this has happened.

Suggestion: Vegetarian versus chicken wrap should be stated on wrapper as we have to open them every time to find out which one is vegetarian. Thank you.
