We've been here several times now and always hoping that it will be different the next time. Sadly, this place never has any choice of donuts, timbits and other eatibles. A male employee made my wife very uncomfortable by going into the women's washroom to clean it while she was using it. Totally unacceptable. Seems like Tim's isn't what it used to be. Don't bother coming here.

UPDATED PLEASE READ END; beware: often understaffed, missing ingredients. last time i went here i tried ordering at the drive-thru and couldnt get anything i wanted despite trying 3 different items. employees were untrained and couldnt prepare orders on time. i really hope they’ve gotten their stuff together in the last few months
Originally rated 2 stars, but I’ve seen it now and it’s doing way better in every way. Great job to the supposed new owners and or managers. Happy to visit this place regularly again after avoiding it for a long time!
