Food is very average, but sold at premium price. $12.28 is what I paid for this « deluxe » breakfast sandwich and a large latte.
When ordering at this Tim you should expect to get your drink at the right end of the counter, and the food on the left end. So you have to monitor the whole place to ensure you get your stuff…. After waiting 5 minutes for my latte, the courteous cashier told me mine was on a different part of the counter… and it wasn’t called so I had no idea I was waiting besides my drink.
Then I went on the « food side » and they told me was « deluxe » sandwich was there, but I didn’t know it was mine because they refer to it as sausage and bacon.
So unless you really want to learn their internal process and all items on menu to get reliable service, I wouldn’t recommend this place.
At that price if you go somewhere else you can get home made croissants breakfast and a delicious latte without all the struggle, wait in line and very average taste.

Ordered my coffee as usual at 7 by 7:11 the person still wasn't at her station to make the online orders had to leave without my order to not miss my 7:15 bus. I make the same order everyday and there is no consistency on the service

The staff at this Tim Hortons are amazing. They are always listening to my requests and even make suggestions on what I can eat for breakfast. Coffee is HOT and is served as I like it with a smile. Thank you for your service. To the supervisor great job on being a leader.

Whatever happened to parchment paper? This is ridiculous. Try to order a Delicious donut and then the top gets stuck to the bag. Come on Tim Hortons do better!

Terrible customer service. I was given the wrong order, and when I pointed it out, the worker dismissed my concern, saying, ‘It’s the same price’—completely missing the point that I simply wanted what I ordered. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she called over a coworker who obnoxiously said “who, him?’ before aggressively asking if she should ‘throw it in the garbage.’ Despite my calm response repeating what I actually ordered, it was clear she was annoyed, and unfortunately, that attitude reflected in the food she prepared. Extremely unprofessional experience

First time at this Tim’s location. Ordered and waited 15 mins for a coffee and a wrap that never came/taken by others as the Tim’s is very busy. Asked for a refund and it was given, along with the food and drink I originally ordered for free. Unfortunately, during all the chaos of the morning rush, I was double charged…. Not refunded. After noticing I returned and the manager Melissa, was very helpful in resolving the situation. All in all, a busy, chaotic Tims, but the work of the team, specifically Melissa, made my experience much better. Thank you Melissa.

Tucked away in the heart of a hidden shopping center! Yesterday I grabbed a package of to good to go from this chain and discovered this place next to the house. The truth is that I loved it! And I liked the surprise assortment that was there even more! It would be nice if this chain considered opening its chain in Malaga (Torremolinos)! I would triumph!!!!
