Tim Hortons

I am getting really frustrated having to come inside and wait in line from the drive thru just to have to point to what I want because no one speaks English! At least have one person there who speaks english, this is Canada!!

Being served by a turttle would be faster sometimes. Also, the current staff seem to be having internal issues

The employees are friendly and going through the drive through is very efficient. But ordering in the restaurant is very disorganized. I've been the only person in the restaurant and had to wait several minutes before anyone came to take my order. I've also ordered using the machine and had to repeat my order to three different employees and wait 15 minutes just for a tea. There's either a staff shortage or an issue with their organizational system or both.

I do uber and everytime id wait over 20-30minutes and not a single person would even say Hi. Id go do the lineup and they would tell me to wait on the side. Each time I wait over 20 minutes and end up canceling the orders due to massively excessive wait

9 months later and still the worst Tim hortons ever- 30 minute wait and counting for a coffee, the only people getting service is the drive thru- inside your order (and money) is taken and than u just wait endlessly. Pointless.

hello a few words to say that the friendlyness of that restaurant is impressively good. I see tables being wipped and all that with a large snow storm. everyone is happy to work there and it shows in the staffs smiles. Busy today

Ordered through the app. Store did not have the items. Neither the store nor customer service is willing to issue a refund. Worse customer service.... the store tells you to contact customer service e for a refund and customer service tells you to contact the store. No accountability!

I've never seen a Tim Horton's in my life where the machines don't all work. It’s a joke, a monumental joke!!! A Tim, no coffee, nothing at 5:00 am in the morning. I'm making an official complaint to Tim Horton's, it won't stop there!!!!

Terrible experience overall. I’d rather drive to St. Joseph than to buy here.

The employees cant do their job right and this is probably the 10th times I got a wrong order.

They have no idea how offers in the app works and always gave me wrong order.
