hello a few words to say that the friendlyness of that restaurant is impressively good. I see tables being wipped and all that with a large snow storm. everyone is happy to work there and it shows in the staffs smiles. Busy today

Ordered through the app. Store did not have the items. Neither the store nor customer service is willing to issue a refund. Worse customer service.... the store tells you to contact customer service e for a refund and customer service tells you to contact the store. No accountability!

I've never seen a Tim Horton's in my life where the machines don't all work. It’s a joke, a monumental joke!!! A Tim, no coffee, nothing at 5:00 am in the morning. I'm making an official complaint to Tim Horton's, it won't stop there!!!!

The employees cant do their job right and this is probably the 10th times I got a wrong order.

They have no idea how offers in the app works and always gave me wrong order.

Hello, I wanted to comment that today, Thursday, November 21, between 5:30 pm, I bought two coffees, 1 DD and 1 TT, they have no flavor or color, plus they are cold, what a terrible experience, I will never go there again I often go there because it is the safest one closest to my house.

11:43am the girl in glasses serving me got my entire order wrong and argued with me that she put an expresso in my drink that I paid for when she didn’t as you can watch her make it from the counter. She also over charged a sandwich that I didn’t order. Very unprofessional and not impressed that she argued with me when I clearly saw her not put the expresso. Very poor employee behaviour.

I stopped by today to order two drinks, I waited about 30 minutes to get them and it wasn't even what I ordered, they just put milk in a glass while I ordered a coffee I asked for a refund they tell me that there is no manager how come there is no manager in a restaurant it's so serious and the way they tell us were talking it was horrible can anyone tell me how to make a complaint with the big boss?
