Very busy place, but service was very slow. 14 minutes from the time I paid until I received my food. Ordered a craveable, hot chocolate and donut via the app. My friend did a separate order ahead of me for the same. A lady waiting with us also did an app order. We all waited longer than usual for our orders.

It was not busy at all in the restaurant on December 1, 2024, 1312 I order 2 bowls 1 coffee. 18 mins later. There are no more people in the restaurant and I still don't have our order. I am told that only one person takes care of this station and must take out the Über East as a priority and order from the car. Fantastic huh! And I am told "madam a 2nd person will be added to the station" 2-3 minutes later my flights arrive. It no longer gives me the adequate service that I should have had from the start. They are SO busy behind the counter but not enough to serve the people inside... It's unfortunate. Before, restaurants served people IN THE RESTAURANT. Now to get service you have to be in your car or have it delivered. Ridiculous.
