garbage service here! scanned my app and paid (after being rushed) got my order, window closed. no receipt provided either. ended up paying for an order that was not mine and received a ‘sucks to be you’ from restaurant and online customer service.

I am very disappointed with my recent visit to this Tim Hortons. First, the service was incredibly slow. Despite a moderate queue, I had to wait over 15 minutes just for a coffee and a bagel.
Then, the quality of the products left something to be desired. My coffee was lukewarm, almost cold, and the bagel looked old, like it had been made several hours ago. Additionally, the condiments I requested were missing, which further lengthened my wait for them to correct the mistake.
The place itself was poorly maintained: the tables were sticky, the floor littered with trash, and the trash can was overflowing. This doesn't make you want to stay or come back.
To top it off, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly. No one apologized for the delays or mistakes.
I don't recommend this place. There are other much better cafes nearby where you will be served faster and in better conditions.
