Terrible service! Slow, slow, slow and by the time you actually get to the window, food is cold..slathered in ranch sauce so much so you can't even get a hold on the wrap! So unappetizing to get a wrap that way! This outlet is ridiculous!!!

I ordered 2 coffees, an ice cap and a bacon, ranch wrap with no tomatoes from the drive-thru and while the speed and customer service was very good, when I got home I noticed that my wrap wasn’t grilled properly compared to other times (maybe 10 seconds in the press max) and had tomatoes. I’m not one to complain but this has happened a few times sadly and it’s always during the weekday that I get these problems.
