Unreal the service here! So slow they really don’t care about the customers coming in. I have been waiting for over 15minutes for a croissant with eggs! Never coming inside again. Worse service she says it’s not her problem. Guy in front of me has been waiting over 20 min for a wrap

It was good. I place an online order with 20 mins and i even came almost 30 min late for 8:05 to give them timd. Its 920am and is not ready. And stuff was rude like they didnt care.

Edward is a great person. Pleasant gentleman, easily approachable. Very helpful and patient. I really appreciate the service I received from him. Please who ever is the manager needs to encourage him and tell him he is doing a good. The other need more training for customers services.

Dear Tim Hortons Management,

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the service I received at your location today. The staff members on duty showed a lack of professionalism and enthusiasm. When I placed my order, I was met with dismissive responses such as “we don’t have that,” without any attempt to offer alternatives or assistance.

The overall attitude made me feel unwelcome, and the level of customer service did not reflect the standards I have come to expect from Tim Hortons. I hope management can address this issue through proper training and supervision to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.

Each time I go there, something is wrong. The staff is very friendly but they make you wait often when you use the drive through by telling you to go park and wait so they can bring your sandwich, (I can understand that when it is busy inside and outside) but it seems to happen a lot and at times I waited almost 15 min for a sandwich!! I don't know if they are short on staff so I gave them the benefit of the doubt 3 times but ended up the same each times. Today was the worst for me, I requested an everything bagel with normal cream cheese and got barely some, I took a bite on my way home and it was very dry and didn't taste like cream cheese. I awkwardly opened it (was driving) and I was shocked to find BARELY any cheese that I decided to take a picture once I arrived home and put a review!!! I dont like to leave bad reviews but I was so annoyed. This location is convenient to stop by while going to my appointments but I am starting to wonder my decisions.. I never went inside so I cant comment on that portion.
