I normally come here every day and their iced lattes are amazing, but today this tall lady gave me my coffee (it was spilled everywhere) gave me no napkins. And the coffee was filled with coffee beans. 6$???

I was there at the beginning of the afternoon, and frankly it's the best Tim Hortons I've been to. As soon as I arrived, a member of the team asked me if I was ready for my order. Efficient service and with a smile! Hats off to the team!

The place is very slow for drive-thru orders and they often get the orders wrong, personally I am disappointed with their work.

Every single time we go through the drive-threw there is always something that they don’t have but when you take the time to park and go in, they have it so I think the attitude of the ones at the window need to be looked at by the owner, I need to be changed. If Tim Horton were alive to see the way that his restaurants are being brought to the lowest, I think he would probably do something about it these Restaurants where his pride and joy.

Don’t waste your time in this location. Even when you try to be efficient and order online, they still manage to make mistakes and get your order wrong. They forget and ignore your online order, then they make you wait by starting to prepare your order when it’s time to pick it up. All this for them to get the order wrong?! Also, staff make unpleasant comments. If I could 0 stars, I would!!

Very unpleasant staff, very disappointing drive-thru service, when you are greeted in this way you lose your appetite, we do not eat for free
Serious lack of organization, attention to detail and stoopid drive through where they say wait up front and we'll bring you the food. They never do, they always forget u. Ridiculous, management should be fired.

This Tim Hortons has major issues
Online order is the worst I have ever seen place the order and have to wait 40 mins for the store to receive it and even then you have to repeat the order at the drive thru
Staff is unpleasant and unfriendly and not a single staff speaks English here which makes it hard to communicate issues

I found this Tim Hortons on Vanier Aylmer Qc, is the worse. They always have an attitude. I was just there wait almost 10 minute on line in the drive thru. There’s was only 2 car. nobody serve us so we just left… People are rude. no smiling, no Hi nothing, I always tell my husband why always stop here. they’re the worse Tim Hortons. That Tim hortons should be closed or change the staff

The worst experience I had with Tim Hortons was at this location. I waited 5 minutes at the drive-thru. No one answered. Then I went to the window. No one understood English. Finally, I placed an order and they told me to park and they would bring me a sandwich. I waited 10 minutes. News It didn't work, I went inside and realized that they forgot the sandwich, I got my money back and came out, the staff were not polite at all.
