Outstanding service and kindness
I've just given up on this location. Every single time the employees don't understand me, give me an attitude, and get my order wrong. Went yesterday and the woman working basically shoved the cup into my hand without even looking at me. I've worked in a cafe before and the food industry for 7 years, so I'm empathetic to an extent, which is why I've gone back a few times, but I'm done. It's not hard to smile, make a drink, and ask questions if you don't understand what the customer is asking for. I'm happy to repeat myself 10 times if it means I'll get what I paid for. There are countless cafes around, even McDonald's. Choose any other one besides this one.
Times of operation are not correct - don't come here at 545am!
Everytime i order simply sausage, which comes with no egg, they always give me the timatin that comes with egg, every single time and its so stupid, theyre different sandwiches

I would like to write to you to tell you about my disappointing experience during my visit to one of your branches, last Monday, November 18, around 1:40 p.m. That day, I ordered two pizzas with chicken and parmesan. When I asked, one of the employees present asked her colleague if my order could be prepared. Against all expectations, he refused in a rude manner, claiming that it was not his place to take care of it. This, despite the fact that there were only two employees present on site. When I asked the other employee about the quality of the service offered, she simply replied: “It’s not me, it’s him.” Faced with this situation, I was particularly shocked by the lack of professionalism and consideration.

We're in Quebec and they don't speak French. Even though I am bilingual, we are in Quebec and I demand to be served in French. In Grenville at least people speak French even if it sticks to Ontario. The rights of French speakers are clearly not respected at this Tim Horton in Aylmer. Not strong.
1. The workers were super rude to us and to an elderly lady trying to order her food after us, they made her list the ingredients of a wrap (they’re supposed to know what ingredients go in the wrap) 2. We checked our food since we heard the lady say that they dont have anymore after eggs and bacon so they came cornered asking us they’re was a problem. We said no since we saw that everything was there.
3. Once we started eating we saw that the eggs were gray all around, disgusted we threw them away.
4. They didn’t answer the phone once we called to ask for a refund.
Overall don’t go to that Tim’s if u don’t wanna be sick…

I was received at the Tim Horton cash register on Saturday October 19 around 10:00 a.m. by a young employee of African origin who greeted me in English. I placed my order in French but she still told me
answered in English. I then asked to be served in French, to which the cashier replied "don't have to."
My right to be served in French was not respected. In addition, another client told me that he had already experienced the same situation with the same employee recently.

they just be hiring anyone it is not rocket science to make 3 drinks & a sandwich & STILL MESS IT UP & I HAD TO PAY FOR THE DRINK TWICE SO I WAS PAYING FOR 4 DRINKS & THEY STILL MESSED UP MY DRINKS DO YOUR JOB RIGHT OR DONG DO IT AT ALL
Great service! As good as fast food gets.
Kid-friendliness: They have one high-chair but the strap is broken. They did give us extra rice for the baby when I asked after ordering a wrap. Great service, friendly cashiers.

So gd slow. Especially in the morning. Omg.the owner has been responding with “we’re so sorry… bla bla bla, and still no change whatsoever. I’ve looked over the past reviews and it’s been months to years now. Do something about it then or your response means absolutely nothing.
