I've just given up on this location. Every single time the employees don't understand me, give me an attitude, and get my order wrong. Went yesterday and the woman working basically shoved the cup into my hand without even looking at me. I've worked in a cafe before and the food industry for 7 years, so I'm empathetic to an extent, which is why I've gone back a few times, but I'm done. It's not hard to smile, make a drink, and ask questions if you don't understand what the customer is asking for. I'm happy to repeat myself 10 times if it means I'll get what I paid for. There are countless cafes around, even McDonald's. Choose any other one besides this one.

I would like to write to you to tell you about my disappointing experience during my visit to one of your branches, last Monday, November 18, around 1:40 p.m. That day, I ordered two pizzas with chicken and parmesan. When I asked, one of the employees present asked her colleague if my order could be prepared. Against all expectations, he refused in a rude manner, claiming that it was not his place to take care of it. This, despite the fact that there were only two employees present on site. When I asked the other employee about the quality of the service offered, she simply replied: “It’s not me, it’s him.” Faced with this situation, I was particularly shocked by the lack of professionalism and consideration.

We're in Quebec and they don't speak French. Even though I am bilingual, we are in Quebec and I demand to be served in French. In Grenville at least people speak French even if it sticks to Ontario. The rights of French speakers are clearly not respected at this Tim Horton in Aylmer. Not strong.
