This is the worst time hortons location. Yesterday I ordered a club sandwich and they forgot the meat. They did one strip of baccon piled in one corner of the sandwich, and lettuce and tomatoes piled in one corner. Half the sandwich was bread and they forgot the meat.... today we stopped for coffee...2 drinks only.and were told to pull up front. 10+ minutes and had to go in to get our drinks. Absolute garbage staff and service. Drive through girl yells while you order and just keeps repeating can I take your order while your trying to give it.

Mix feeling,wish that cashier's would learn manners don't need attitude,also requirement of being serve in French or English would be a asset.

Hi there,

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit to your Tim Hortons location. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the smooth experience I’ve come to expect from your brand.

There were only two people in line, but it took four employees about ten minutes to fulfill the order for the person ahead of me. I even grabbed a chair to sit down while I waited. Finally, another staff member opened a second register and took my order—a tea (double-double) and a donut.

After waiting another three minutes, I received my tea, but it was black. When I brought it to the staff’s attention and explained that I’d asked for a double-double, it took another minute to correct the order. However, when I tasted it, it was overly sweet, as if it had 4–5 sugars. To make matters worse, the donut in the bag wasn’t what I had ordered.

I understand mistakes can happen, but the overall experience was frustrating. It felt like a lack of proper training and attention to detail. These issues reflect on the management and ownership team, as they’re responsible for ensuring the staff is properly trained and supported.

I live right across the street from this Tim Hortons, and I had hoped for it to be my go-to spot. However, after this experience, I’d rather take the extra time to go elsewhere for my morning coffee. I hope you can address these concerns to improve the experience for other customers in the future.

Chaque matin, je vais dans ce restaurant parce que c'est ma façon de faire, mais à chaque fois qu'ils font une erreur, ils m'ont toujours donné ma mauvaise commande, un service client vraiment médiocre, à cause de leur timing, ils sont téméraires, même s'ils ont quelque chose, ils disent que nous ne l'avons pas ou que vous avez oublié un don ou quelque chose, ils vous renvoient dans la file.

Very bad customer service, we were asking for sugar and she didn’t speak English, rolled her eyes when we asked for sugar and was very disrespectful. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life

I used to say I was proud to work at that timmies. When employee's actually cared about the service and the quality of it when serving customers.

But now they don't care at all.
Lack of respect for customers, not a single F given whenever something goes wrong. Instead of being willing to help sort the situation, they laugh in your face and don't do nothing.

Coffee tastes bad/old everytime I go there. Pretty sure the thermos needs a good cleaning too.

I don't recommend ever stopping in the drive-thru or expect a half closed lid and being practically thrown a coffee at you and being laughed at by employees and supervisor. Too bad the manager wasn't there.
