This time Hortons is an actual joke - the amount of times my coffee is wrong is just unreal. I feel like they do it on purpose now to see how many people will actually come back to complain
I’ve worked at these Tim’s for 3 years in previous years and the downfall of Tim’s in Aylmer is disgraceful
It’s really not difficult work, I understand that it’s never ending and they’re underpaid but all of us are and we all still do our jobs properly.
How hard is it to make sure your sugar dispensing machine actually has sugar in it…. How hard is it to push 3 cream like the person asked. How hard is it to have breakfast food ready, idk when it’s breakfast time.

Honestly I'm not sure whats hard about this, i asked for the Bicoff Boston creme at the drive thru, repeated more than twice, double check at the window before paying for it ( in English and in French). Looked in the bag to find out its just the Boston cream. Before driving away I tried to give it back and get the right donut I was told they had none left. Totally done with this location, from now on I will drive out of my way and go to 10 rue de la fabrique to get better sevice.

Worst Tim in the area. Made us park , forgot our drinks etc .. once we got our drink , nothing was mix so I had to fix it myself or else the syrup was stuck to the bottom of it. Do not recommend

I would say about a third of the time they get our order wrong. Like last time I ordered a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit they instead gave it to me on an untoasted english muffin. Other times, there's so much mayo it's like pouring out of hole of my blt bagel, which is just a gross sight. It's really annoying. We live right around there. Would be nice to have a regular, just functional tim horton's to get coffee in the morning.. (I do feel bad because most of the staff are plenty friendly, with the exception of the main drive-through lady who yelled at my wife this morning and threw money back in her face because she asked if she could wait at the window instead of going to park since last time they forgot about her and there was no one in line..) (Also, I think this is my only negative Google review, btw, so, just so you know, I'm not one of *those* people..)

Probably the worst Tim Hortons location in Aylmer . I have not received good service here in years. It’s the only nearby place where I can grab breakfast quickly, so I keep returning hoping it will improve but it never does. There seems to be a serious lack of organization, communication, and customer service at this location. I’ve been told to “wait” for up to 20 minutes after paying, stranded waiting for two coffees and a wrap. I’ve even seen staff hand my prepared Farmer’s Wrap out the drive-thru window to another customer who ordered the same item after me. Mentioning these issues to employees often seems to irritate them rather than resolve the problem. Items are frequently wrong or missing, and I often have to return to get what I ordered. Save yourself the frustration and visit another Tim Hortons if you can.

They suppose to close at 10 pm. They clean and close the washrooms at 8 pm and it took between 15-20 minutes for the rest of our order. It’s the worst customer service that we receive. The girl continue to do other orders instead of finish ours. They put all donut in a bag, it was all stick together. It’s all zero star !
Always lacks menu items and spend a spectacular long time waiting. Today was a 40 minute wait

This is the worst time hortons location. Yesterday I ordered a club sandwich and they forgot the meat. They did one strip of baccon piled in one corner of the sandwich, and lettuce and tomatoes piled in one corner. Half the sandwich was bread and they forgot the meat.... today we stopped for coffee...2 drinks only.and were told to pull up front. 10+ minutes and had to go in to get our drinks. Absolute garbage staff and service. Drive through girl yells while you order and just keeps repeating can I take your order while your trying to give it.
