Is because we want to give a Big shout out to one of your employees (Stefanie). I don't know what her position is. But she always gets our bagels done perfectly.. ( Well cooked and not burnt). And always with a smile.

Sometimes after lining up for awhile you can sometimes get to the order board and they do not have what you want. On Friday, I the driver ahead of me took 10 minutes or longer to get his order.
