Service is slow, I ordered cliantro veggie wrap in which no beans were added and the rice was half cooked, as well as we ordered bagel with cream cheese and lettuce tomato but it came with bacon which we never ordered😓

Super long wait for poor service, don't understand the order, and we forgot the bacon in our 3 sandwiches? Frankly disappointing, the owners of this franchise should be ashamed and put a little more attention into improving this Tim.
This place is very slow, waited in line 5-10 mins and then again 10 mins for sandwiches. Person who took the order didn’t seem to understand English so the order was messed up completely. Terrible experience
I went there on my way camping I ordered a hot chocolate they didn't close the lid right and it spilled all over me good thing I was wearing shorts under when we told them they gave a bad attitude and took like 10 minutes to get the rest of are food I went there another time and they made us wait for 3 drinks and 2 cookies for like 30 minutes would not recommend

Really awful, I've mentioned to them several times that their peanut butter is tainted by something. I am a regular customer. The management of this restaurant is really poor.
