We have been loyal customers for over 10 years. Despite the bad weather, we decided to come in for breakfast, as this restaurant normally serves breakfast until 2:00 p.m.
When we arrived, the hostess told us that breakfast was no longer available. We asked why, since breakfast is usually served until 2:00, and she explained that they only guarantee breakfast until 1:15 p.m. We arrived at 1:20 p.m.
It was very disappointing to experience this, especially considering the restaurant was empty and the weather conditions were poor. It would have been nice to see some flexibility or effort to accommodate long-time customers. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued.

We were seated and left waiting for 15 minutes with no greeting, no water, and no one taking our order. It was clear we were being ignored while other tables around us were helped. Eventually, we got up to leave — and instead of an apology, the server just told us “have a good evening” as if nothing happened. Extremely disappointing experience. We won’t be coming back.

Philomène welcomed us very well and Annabelle our waitress was very fast wow I like the maple smoked salmon panini, I recommend it

Unfortunately the food was terrible, I ordered the waffles with fruit, the waffles were smaller then my phone and hard as cardboard to eat. My husband got the Philly steak sandwich, made not with steak, he said it was a meatloaf texture and the cheese tasted like cheese wiz. Not appetizing at all, and this costed 52 dollars.

Excellent lunch and dinner! Thanks to the waitress Annabelle who is there for lunch and dinner we never lack anything! This waitress is very involved in her work and is very attentive to the customer's requests! I had lunch with a mimosa, the eggs were cooked the right way as I asked :)

Worst Mikes restaurant in the area when it comes to service. We asked the waitress to add extra shrimp on the seafood pizza which we will pay NOT FREE. It was clear our request, she asked the cook 2 times and the cook refused. Is it normal for a customer to be refused an extra that they want to add to their pizza even though they will pay for it?? A closed-minded cook! It's unfortunate to satisfy customers and give them a great experience!! We left the restaurant and will unfortunately never return to Mikes hull.
