Je reviens de la Trappe sur la rue Bellehumeur. Encore une fois, nous avons eu un service 5 étoiles. Depuis plusieurs semaines, nous y retournons pour essayer et acheter de nouveaux fromages. Simon nous donne toujours un super service. 🧀🥰

Really disappointed no service the person a young girl with long hair no net on her head, she took the fries to put them in a brown paper bag, left them back on the counter, half of the fries spilled on the counter for that I was waiting for.... There's no better way to have freshest cheese curds than to make them right there and served with fresh made fries and gravy. I'm sure that the options are great, but I order the Classic style with brown gravy.
Great to eat fresh and hot any time of day. No need to choose Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner.
You can't leave without a pouch of fresh curds or more!
Poutine classique moyenne avec sauce BBQ. Les frites maison sont bonnes, mais deviennent rapidement très molles, car il y a beaucoup trop de sauce. Il y a aussi trop de fromage pour moi. Nous dépassons largement le ratio frite/fromage. La sauce BBQ est très salé ma conjointe a pris la sauce brune et elle est bonne. Je met 2 étoiles, car le fromage est delicieux.

We tried the poutine from the new boutique/restaurant de la trape à fromage.Very good, however the potatoes should be a little more cooked. But overall very good! We had the brown sauce and we will try bbq next time.
