We've came for a Saturday morning. I will not write here about the breakfast plates of other family members (they were also disappointed about the long wait and bald food) only about mine.

The waiting for ordering was 25min, we accepted the explanation of the shortage of the staff. It happens, no problem. I ordered the fruits with 2 eggs. The fruits were sliced pineapple, banana, white and yellow melon and 5 (!) transparent slices of strawberry. I wonder was it even a half of a strawberry all together ?The coffee was offered at our arrival and not even once after, we've spent an 1:20 min altogether in the restaurant.

I wouldn't say anything more here, I would swallow colourless fruits and leave this breakfast behind me. Accepting my disappointment of the harsh difference between the menu's photo, promise of generous food and the reality of my plate. Until I've noticed the order what was fetched to another guest. A pile of fruits - the slices of melons, pineapple, orange, the grapes... I didn't dive to explore the guest's plate in detail, but it was clear at the glance that it was a multicolor fruit salad I was expecting to have according to definition of fruit salad. It was a very upsetting. If you wouldn't ask me the details , I would prefer even to forget about this visit.

Wow, I should have read the reviews before ordering. I got a 2 for 1 deal on uber eats and received banana Nutella crepes without the Nutella and toast was missing for one of the orders. The potatoes portions were so small, you would have to combine them to get one regular portion. Don’t bother offering 2 for 1 deals if you’re going to skim on the ingredients and portions. It’s misleading and if the purpose of these deals is to get new customers, that’s certainly not happening here.

Was excited to have their breakfast. I can’t have bananas so I looked for the option to take it out and substitute it, but there wasn’t any, instead the app says to call the restaurant and I did. I called and the rudest person picks up the phone screams that they can’t substitute the bananas for anything else and I should have taken it off on the app. I asked what can be done because I can’t have banana, she then gets belligerent that I didn’t specify when I ordered. I again told her there’s no option for that on the app. She kept insisting that I should have told them I don’t want it. I asked what they have and she said strawberry, so I asked if I can have that but she kept saying it’s extra and there is only banana. She then gives the phone to someone else, telling her I’m complaining. I answered the other worker politely, and informed her that other person I was trying to get help and she doesn’t want to do that. The next person kept saying I’m composing and I again corrected her I’m asking for help and let her know I feel bad for people that have to deal with this when they just want help. They agreed to finally just put whipped cream in there, but should have put it on the side because when I finally came in, it was soggy and my food was messy, while the sausage was undercooked, what a nightmare. What shameful service. How do you focus your time screaming at a customer just trying to get help and tell them trying to get help is complaining? Very rude people. Hopefully the company actually addresses this behaviour it’s disgusting.

Since the new owners has taken over everything seems to have went downhill .. from service to food to plate presentation.... received my plate missing ham creton and French toast lol ... 7 pieces of potatoes unflavoured and burn eggs ... overcooked sausages and burnt bacon . I do not recommend .

Says they're open until 2pm but they started turning people away at 1:15 which is ridiculous. When someone complained, the waitress who said they were closed just shrugged. Felt rushed to finish my meal when I was asked to pay half way through. Hostess was borderline rude. Food was ok.

Went to the new one in st. Bruno. We were there at 8:15 am. Only three tables were taken. We were seated and we waited 10 minutes to have our ordered taken and juice and coffee served. We placed order , by then the restaurant was getting filled with new customers. By 9:15 the others were served but not us. Took them 1 hour to serve our food people that had arrived at 9 had finished eating. I complained to the server about it and the manager. My husband was served at 9:20 a cold dish and I was served at 9:30 it took more than an hour to be served. They changed my husband dish since eggs were cold and everything else was cold. I know this just opened not long ago but it is no excuse to forget your customers. If it wouldn’t have been that I had been served my freshly pressed orange juice and coffee I would have walked out.

We went to St Bruno location, TTF566, arrived at 2pm. We were excited to try the newly opened location, and more so because it was empty. Unfortunately the experience wasn't good. Our waitress was quiet and nice, I wish I hadn't had to run after her for drinks. We waited over 20min for our meal. I thought this was because I ordered fried chicken waffle Benedict, with grated eggs with caramelized onions. The meal was cold, and drenched in what I assume was their version of Hollandaise sauce, the potatoes tasted of nothing more then Grease. Mom ordered eggs, bacon & potatoes, that were cold. It gave the impression, it was made and done before my chicken was even fried. When we brought it up to our waitress she said Oh, then proceeded to bring us the bill. I was beyond disappointed with the experience, especially as the floor manager couldn't be bothered to come speak to us. This left a bad taste in our mouths (literally & figuratively). I won't be returning to this location, hopefully they do better in the future 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely disgusting! They forgot half my order and the food itself was cold and gross.
because it was through uber eats (yes they refunded me $2) the restaurant said they couldn’t do anything and never apologized for giving me horrible quality of food. I got the gourmet and they forgot half the bacon, baked beans and the creton. The portions are exceptionally small for the price I paid. Horrible customer service as well - the manager was highly unwilling to even find a solution. Told me to send the uber guy back 😒

Elle mérite les félicitations de son/sa gérant/gérante de même que les employés en cuisine qui m'ont préparé un déjeuner parfaitement délicieux. Je n'ai que des compliments à faire sur votre établissement et à l'avenir, plutôt que de passer au service au volant du McDonald's d'a côté, je vais prendre le temps de m'asseoir à l'une de vos tables. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
