When calling back in regards to the bacon on the pizza being too burnt, they seemed to think it was normal. Going back forth in hoping to get this resolved and get 2 edible pizzas. Finally they agreed to bring us a new pizza.
When the delivery guy brought the new pizza, my mom took the time to show the delivery guy how burnt it was..even smelt it and agreed.
We are happy with the new pizza. After reading a few of the negative reviews and the owners replies, we hope there was no messing around with the new pizza.

Wow seriously it’s the best I’ve eaten! I took La Canadienne. The crust not too thick and super unique taste. Not too much sauce, lots of bacon and olives. Very generous cheese. She was perfect 👌🏼😬🍕

Like pizza Gatineau, You don't serve pizza!! Bravo for this cheese dough,,, a cheese peperoni pizza contains 5 slices of peperoni and 10 pounds of cheese, eurkk! I strongly advise against it unless you are a cheese lover.

I can understand why many people like the pizza at Pizza Ultime. The quantity of ingredients is very generous and if you prefer a thick crust, you will be satisfied. The price is competitive and the wait for delivery was reasonable. The pizza arrived hot, despite a 1 hour wait during rush hour. My main takeaway is that the pepperoni flavor is non-existent, despite a generous amount. Many ingredients may please many, but play a big role in cooking. The dough under the immense amount of cheese does not cook to perfection and can leave a raw dough taste.
