I witnessed a deeply distressing and unprofessional experience with an employee during my visit today. After I ordered and paid, I approached a utensil box to grab 3 other forks, a practice I've followed at many restaurants without incident. At this point, a female worker began yelling at me and speaking in a shockingly rude manner. Her message was that I should ask staff for utensils instead of serving myself. While I understand this policy, her delivery was extremely hostile, unprofessional, and profoundly humiliating. The intensity of her reaction and her choice to yell over such a minor issue was completely unwarranted. I cannot stress enough that the problem was not the instruction itself, but the aggressive and disrespectful way she chose to address a customer. This interaction left me feeling utterly demeaned and brought me to tears. This shouldn't happen to anyone!!!

The food is good the problem is that don’t have Sanitary gloves on the touch the fryers and dealing with the cash and then just grab a hot dog without washing hands gross

I'm not a regular at Valentine's but I just went there and I'm very disappointed. I hope it's a bad day because it's a bit ridiculous. I ordered a medium sausage poutine with a regular hamburger for $19. Look at the portion of poutine. So let's see.
I changed the rating because Valentine corrected a few points despite the portions being a little timid, the experience was more pleasant.

We came to have lunch in this little hidden spot in the middle of the last-minute madness before the holidays. Lunches served from 9am until 10:45am. Welcoming and funny staff 😂. When you pass by a lunch competitor that is crowded and with a huge waiting line, believe me that it is really appreciated to walk in the heat to be served in 5 minutes in the corner of the fair. Small downside, no fruits or vegetables as shown in the images...🤔🤔🤔

Absolutely horrid service. Tipped well before arguing about what sauce can go on my burger and to top it off, I got blamed for a missing a fork to eat the overpriced half empty poutine. Had I known, would have taken my business elsewhere as I recommend you do.
No possibility of customizing your combo. The food court was VERY noisy.
