I'm not a regular at Valentine's but I just went there and I'm very disappointed. I hope it's a bad day because it's a bit ridiculous. I ordered a medium sausage poutine with a regular hamburger for $19. Look at the portion of poutine. So let's see.
I changed the rating because Valentine corrected a few points despite the portions being a little timid, the experience was more pleasant.

Girls who work during the week on dinner time its awesome!! Really good service, plus a laugh (Thanks for that!!) Good teamwork and the food is good. It's exactly like my childhood valentine!!!! Yes I will return.

We came to have lunch in this little hidden spot in the middle of the last-minute madness before the holidays. Lunches served from 9am until 10:45am. Welcoming and funny staff 😂. When you pass by a lunch competitor that is crowded and with a huge waiting line, believe me that it is really appreciated to walk in the heat to be served in 5 minutes in the corner of the fair. Small downside, no fruits or vegetables as shown in the images...🤔🤔🤔

Absolutely horrid service. Tipped well before arguing about what sauce can go on my burger and to top it off, I got blamed for a missing a fork to eat the overpriced half empty poutine. Had I known, would have taken my business elsewhere as I recommend you do.

Terrible service. I loved this restaurant a while ago but it looks like Valentine's soul is dead. Their standards have completely gone and their skills have completely evaporated. Go to Torino instead of wasting your money with them.

I thought I had seen everything, no way to have a small paper container with ketchup for my 3 year old granddaughter to eat her pogo and what's more, I have already had a refusal for an extra straw, all on the owner's orders. It's pitiful
